I love how detailed this video is! I can relate to the cold weather because I was born and raised in Zaria which is not too far from Jos.

Plateau is really cold at this time of of the year, you can practically have temperatures below 10°C at peak hours. Panshi is even more cold. Really had to reschedule my work schedule to plateau this period to escape the cold.

Your drone shots are super. I disagree with you on rent, Lagos mainland rent is cheaper than Jos. Raw food materials may be cheaper in Jos for those who cook for themselves but for those who eat out, food bills are cheaper in Lagos. Jos doesn't have big shopping malls and supermarkets like lagos and Abuja so you have to keep it in mind that you will be restricted to certain latest, high end assortment of goods. Boutiques and confectionery business are not yet up to the standard of lagos and Abuja. But on the average it is not a bad place to retire but not to hustle when you are young.
