so interesting! i found so much in common between what you were saying and my situation! i am a beginner at crossfit and i would like to make time to get better at my weaknesses, but i don't know where to go with my programming! so many online services providing so many different styles of workouts, even tried to subscribe to one but the workouts were out of my reach because of advanced movements! programming is so controversial, and PERSONAL

Completely agree and completely relate to your experience! Like we said it’s super important to have that self reflection so that you are able to progress to where you want to and utilise resources online that could help fill in any of the gaps!
