I’ve lived with the same issue for almost 20 years now - I’m 5’3” and the drummer in my band is 6’4”. When he’s SITTING at his drum kit, we’re still almost eye to eye. I do massage and had to buy an extra-long massage table so his feet don’t hang off the end while I work on him!

I know the feeling. There is a photograph of me on my FB page with one of my adopted brothers, who is a priest. (though, interestingly, we literally look like we're related.) I am 5'4"; he's a full foot taller than me. Talk about Mutt and Jeff! Honestly, though, with the exception of my mom, who is only 5', EVERYONE is taller than me! It's really annoying!

I wonder if the writers are the ones that come up with the nicknames for Dean and Sam's height. In the first few seasons, Sam wasn't that tall or big build so Dean wasn't using nicknames for Sam. But, then I think starting in Season 4 and after, Sam started getting nicknames from Crowley and Dean like Sasquatch, Moose and Gigantor. And then Crowley called Dean squirrel. I wonder if the writers put that in, or were those ad libs. I can see Jensen constantly calling Jared (Sasquatch), or another height nickname.
