Is Jasmins Marzipane Worth The £162 Pricetag? | My First Impression

I purchased this back in 2018. Love it, love it. love it. Always get asked what I am wearing. It lasts all day, and can still smell it on my clothing before putting in the wash.

Great to see this review finally coming out! Can totally relate to the ‘cleaning product’ vibe in the opening, for me it’s more like a scented hand towel smell from a hotel or on airplane if that makes sense, but not in a bad way at least for me! Anyway, thanks for your honest review, great to hear your thoughts on it. It’s a shame it didn’t last very long on your skin... I agree with this perfume doesn’t go with casual clothes, needs dressing up to wear it. Maybe that’s why I didn’t reach for it anymore 🥲

Hi Elly ! 😊 JM is one of the Maison Lancome fragrances, that if I were able to sample them, I know I would like... and yes, I would expect something sweet and dessert-like because of the Marzipane... 😁

Lmaooo at “smells like bad breath”. I yelled so loud cause a lot of Tom’s fragrances give me that vibe too. Hmm, I wanted Jasmins Marzipan for a while, until I read that it’s not a gourmand at all and the name is misleading. I really want the Lavendes Trianon but it’s so hard to find. I had the smaller bottle and I sold it. It’s very pretty, but not my style. I’m finding that I don’t enjoy jasmine dominant fragrances.

That sucks because you're not the first person to mention the misleading name of this fragrance :/ I was hoping for a sweet twist to it 🤨
