Dr. Brown is Exactly right about the coupling of "israel/Judah" ....when studying Isiah 40-55 every time Israel/Judah are coupled in the very next line, it is perfectly clear that the nation of the Jews are being referenced. When this couplet is not present....in Isaiah 42, and 52-55 it is clear the Righteous Servant is referenced Just examine Isaiah 49:6 "It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, And to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles that You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth." When the couplet i present the couplet is referencing the Jews and in 49:6 the distinction is perfectly clear...God is sending Servant Messiah to raise the Jews plus Servant Messiah is being sent to bring salvation to the Gentiles. In Isaiah 53 we see his sacrificial death. No couplet.

Yeah, he even concedes that "some of the laws might change", but instead mischaracterizes Christianity as saying that we no longer have to keep God's commandments because some guy died. When Christianity literally teaches what he just conceded - that we still have to keep the law, but it is changed from the old law that brought death to a new and living covenant, keeping the law of Christ, empowered by the Spirit of God. Romans 8:2 for the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death.

HI, I love Dr. Brown and have all his books. But here, he is not addressing the arguments of the rabbi - "there is no need for a Messiah because all you have to do is do God's "commandments" to be declared righteous". (Cites Daniel and the Babyloninan captivity). At first I was excited when he started to bring in the idea of the sacrificial system, a necessity because (1) they're explicitly commanded by God, and (2) they actually do something to correct man's relationship with God e.g. atonement), and I know there are many more. The rabbi dismisses the destruction of the temple and the OT sacrifices as almost inconsequential, because a Jew can still get right with God apart from it. For example, the Yom Kippur carries a direct threat of death for any Jew who refuses to observe it, which cannot be done without a standing priesthood, thats why they have Kol Nidrei today and only the shankbone of a lamb. The rabbis of the day lamented that the temple was destroyed and the Messiah has not come, and some of them actually started to believe that the Tanach failed and therefore God failed. They clearly thought that the OT anticipated the Messiah, but Dr. Brown did not confront Rebbe Freitag on this. A "dead" Israel in diaspora because of personal and national sins as pictured on the resurrection of the Dry Bones surely cannot come from the "righteous act" of that dead owner of those bones being in exile for rebellion, it has to be an act of grace, since dead man is incapable of good works, (which the rabbi advances as the only way of being right with God). I guess, without the prescribed sacrificial system, what else do you have? Israel cannot be the "messiah" or you would have a case of someone waiting for himself - why wait for the Messiah if you were that messiah all along, as many Jews claim, not to mention failing to measure up to the standards that separates the Messiah from all other sinful beings, i.e. a "messiah" (Israel) that was exiled because of idolatry and spiritual adultery. I cheer for Israel as our spiritual bikkur since their fall was our grafting into thier salvation (olive tree) and their redemption/teshuvah will spell even greater blessings for us goyim. So, Dr. Brown ... can you please show first why there is a need for a Messiah at all using only what the Jews would accept as proof - the Tanach. I seem to think that many people failed to see the force of the rabbi's arguments. Thanks, and God bless you.

I don’t think the Rabbi failed to address the arguments of Dr. Brown. He only clung to his insistence that Jesus somehow claimed to abolish the law and prophets and then asked for proof of what Dr. Brown never said. Pure and simple straw man argument.

His full Hebrew name was "YAHUSHUA" the Messiah. They called him "Y 'shua" (Yeshua) in short form. This is the oldest form written in manuscripts of his actual Hebrew name. Later scribes shortened it to YahuSha (Septuagint-Greek) during a time when Yahud were also worshipping the pagan deity "Sha" they altered his name in text at that later time. His name he used was never "jesus" (i'esus"). Shalom 🕎

A Gentile Looks at Isaiah 53. From a Gentiles perspective, Isaiah 53 really looks fulfilled in Jesus Christ. 53 is not about the nations acknowledging a misunderstanding about Israel...it better fits the Isaiah Servant narrative, of God's promise of worldwide salvation to the Gentiles. Chap 42 starts with the Servant bringing salvation to the Gentiles. 49 talks about the Servant bringing salvation to the Gentiles. 52 ends with the Gentiles being surprised at this Servants suffering, and 53 explains the purpose of His suffering being an almah, a guilt offering that atones for our sins, and brings forgiveness and righteousness to us. 55 identifies the One Who brings this salvation to the Gentiles as Messiah, and tells us Gentiles to repent and seek the Lord, and we will be forgiven. If I didn't know one word of the New Testament, I would recognize this theme as being obviously fulfilled in history, the rise of Christianity, started by the crucifixion of Jesus Christ for our sins, His resurrection, and the viral expansion of the Church.

To me, it makes more sense that God is trying to mold his creation/children into his characteristics. Rote memorizations and behaviors are just that. It doesn't change our hearts. Jesus said it best in Matthew 5:21-22 "You have heard that it was said to the ancients, ‘Do not murder’ and ‘Anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment." A person can't keep all of the commandments. Observe the lives of Sampson, David, Saul, Solomon, Lot, Noah. Failing to keep the commandments is sin. Who pays the price for sin? The Bible is not complete until the Book of Revelation. Malachi has no ending. Keeping Kosher does not change the heart. You have to keep the law, but a faithful heart will produce good works. James says faith without works is dead. However, faith is central. What about Genesis 3?

There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the division of Abijah. His wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. Luke 1:5-6 Who says that a person cant keep all the commands? it is exactly the hardening of heart that we don't want to obey His commands - read 1 John 5:3, Rev 14:12. Move away from church tradition of pagan worship, The FATHER has set the way how He wants to be worshiped. And yes, keeping kosher makes the Father's heart glad, and your can reflect His character through your obedience, instead being loose to sin, knowing that 1 John 3;4 says very clearly what sin is, and Heb 10:26-31 makes some warning to us Aps Shaul (Paul). and 1 John 2:4 in line to Rev 22:14-15 says: 'The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.' (1 John) 2:4. and of course you haven't seen or your Pastor don't want to go there as the early church kept the commands after His resurrection: 'And it was Preparation day, and the Sabbath was approaching. And the women who had come with Him from Galil followed after, and saw the tomb and how His body was laid. And having returned, they prepared spices and perfumes. And they rested on the Sabbath according to the command.' (Luke) 23:54-56. They kept the feast of unleavened bread! the Apostles kept the feasts of Weeks (Shavuot) Pentecost thats why they were in the Temple that day, 120 people. Peter kept kosher Acts 10, and lastly beyond all other passage Rom 7:1, Rom 3:31 lets see what Shaul (Paul) life style was and of those 1000 of Jews that came to faith in Messiah: ACTS 21:18-24- On the following day Paul went in with us to James, and all the elders were present. 19 When he had greeted them, he told in detail those things which God had done among the Gentiles through his ministry. 20 And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord. And they said to him, “You see, brother, how many myriads of Jews there are who have believed, and they are all zealous for the law; .. Therefore do what we tell you: We have four men who have taken a vow. 24 Take them and be purified with them, and pay their expenses so that they may shave their heads, and that all may know that those things of which they were informed concerning you are nothing, but that you yourself also walk orderly and keep the Torah (Law). By the way the first gentiles that came to faith were kosher keepers (Lev 11, 18 and Sabbath keepers, later to learn things from the Jews on the Synagogues how to keep them: Acts 15: 19-21 "Therefore I judge that we should not trouble those from among the Gentiles who are turning to Elohim, but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood. For Moses has had throughout many generations those who preach him in every city, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath."

Dear Rabbi, you are absolutely right that God did not "change His mind" and that instead of keeping the commandments, just "believe" that someone will come and die to "release them from the law" so they no longer have to keep it. In the New Testament book of James (this James was the brother of Jesus), James argues, But someone will say, "You have faith and I have works." Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. Jesus himself said (in Matthew 5): 17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven." In that last verse, Jesus is implying that the Pharisees would not inherit the Kingdom of God. Why was that? Because there is the "letter of the law" and the "heart of the law". Many of the Pharisees were keeping the law, but not from the heart. Jesus told us that murder was not just killing someone, but it also included having hate for someone. He said that adultery was not just having sex with someone a person is not married to, but also having lustful thoughts toward that person. Indeed in the Old Testament book of Isaiah, the prophet says (chapter 59) that all have missed the mark, and he wonders if there is an intercessor. God knew that man could not keep the heart of the law, because our nature was changed when Adam sinned. All through the Old Testament, God keeps speaking of a day when He would take out our "hearts of stone" and give us "hearts of flesh" (softened hearts that grieve over disobeying the heart of the law). He did institute the role of the high priest, and the sacrificial system, which covered sins with blood. If it were a matter of just keeping the letter of the law, and people could actually do this (to God's acceptance), there would be no need for sacrifices. But he knew that it is impossible for people to actually keep both heart and letter of the law. The sacrificial system was set up to show that there has to be a blood atonement for sin, and to point to the Messiah as the One who would bring permanent atonement for man. When a person is truly "born again" (like Jesus taught in John 3), that is when God takes out the heart of stone and gives the person a heart of flesh. He does this by giving the person his Holy Spirit, who makes our spirit come alive. The Holy Spirit works in us to transform our lives into living as God wants, so that we can obey the heart of the law, as well as the letter. For some people, they may see immediate changes ("I used to curse all the time, but when God saved me, I immediately quit"). But most of our transformation happens over time, with Bible study, and the conviction that the Holy Spirit gives to us, so that we repent and ask him to deliver is from that sin. I am so very sorry about all that the so-called Christian church has done to the Jewish people. I believe that many, if not most of the so-called Christians are not really born again. Jesus said (in Matthew 7): Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. And then again: “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ In the last days (I believe we are in them), it will become harder and harder to be a true Christian. There are churches (and have always been) that preach perversions (just like there are some Jews who also do the same). But being from a Christian background, I see it all around me. But it IS necessary for salvation to repent sincerely from our sins, and to accept God's permanent plan. I challenge you to ask God to reveal to you all truth, and to show you if Jesus (Yeshua) is truly the Messiah. What could that hurt? The most important thing is the TRUTH, and we must always consult God about it. Jews who truly accept Jesus are still Jews. I consider that to be the most Jewish thing they can do, because both the Old and New Testaments support Yeshua as Messiah. Please study, and ask God to reveal it to you if it is truth. I say these things most sincerely, and with love in my heart toward you.

Eminent historian Ernest Renan studied the life of Christ, and he acknowledged that the Savior was never in His life time known by or called by the name of “Jesus” (THE LIFE OF JESUS, p. 90). The name Jesus has only existed since the 17th century. In the 1611 English Version of the Bible (KJV), the name of Christ is Iesus (pronounced “ee-sus”), and only later was it changed to Jesus (pronounced “gee-sus”). The revealed name is very important to our salvation in Christ. The idea of taking God’s name in vain, which means to bring His Name to uselessness, or changing His name, or taking a vow by His name and not fulfilling that vow, so this is what is meant by “taking His name in vain” (Exodus 20:2). We must acknowledge that the name of salvation cannot be changed, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). You cannot change the revealed name of our Savior, and there is no excuse acceptable to God for doing so, even if one speaks in another tongue, or rather because of the languages, of mankind. You must take this very seriously, for the warning of God is clear: “‘If you will not hear, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to My name {YAH},’ Says the Lord of hosts, I will send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, because you do not take it to heart” (Malachi 2:2). Although there are descriptive names, there is only one Personal name of God by which to give glory to the LORD, as we say, “Halleluyah,” which is, “Praise YAH!” Knowing God’s revealed name is very important for this is the only name of salvation. The Bible tells us the name of salvation, “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV). Therefore, we must “Praise YAH,” as many may be unknowingly doing when they say, “Halleluyah!” “Praise YAH!” These other names produced by man via linguistic evolution are lacking a, “Thus says the LORD!” These man-made names, which are a product of languages, and not the revelation of God, such as Jesus, Iesus, and Iesous, and not to mention “Hey-zeus, are not valid. ~So where did we get the true name of God, the very name “YAH”? Moses asked God for His name, and God replied, “HAYAH Ashar HAYAH,” which means: “I AM Who I AM,” therefore, Moses was told the essential name of God is YAH, I AM (HAYAH, the I AM), for God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:14). People say, “Oh, the Lord has many names.” No, the Lord has only One Personal essential name, which always has “YAH.” “And God spoke to Moses and said to him: ‘I, the Lord. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as EL SHADDAI [God Almighty], but by My name YAHAWAH, I was not known to them’” (Exodus 6:2-3). Therefore, the name YAH is the essential and the consistently true name of God. For this name YAH is the name which is above every name! The apostle Paul originally wrote this about the Savior’s name, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Messiah is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). Here are the facts: The Savior told them that He was the I AM, as in “YAH” (John 8:58), and more facts: 1. Moses was given the name which is above every name [YAH]. (see Exodus 3:14) 2. The apostle Paul testifies that Christ has the name which is above every name [YAH]. (see Philippians 2:9) 3. The Lord YAH made it clear to Moses that although He, God, was known by many descriptive names, for example, El Shaddai, Emmanuel, Lord, Savior, Messiah, He only has One Personal Essential Name: YAH. 4. The apostle Peter states: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). 5. The apostle Paul heard the Savior give His name in Hebrew on the road to Damascus (Acts 26:15). We know that the Savior did not say, “Jesus,” because: • The name Jesus has only existed since the 17th century c.e. (1611 English Bible: “Iesus.”) Contrarily to what many say, the name Jesus does not mean salvation. • The name Jesus is not a Hebrew name. • The name Jesus came from many linguistic changes: Iesus (ee-sus), Iesous (ee-ay-sous), a transliteration of Yeshua, which is a common Aramaic name at the time of Christ. • The Lord has revealed His name only in Hebrew (Exodus 3:14; Isaiah 12:2; Act 26:14-15). Behold the One revealed Name by which we must be saved: YAHSHUA! And every tongue, language of mankind, is to know this one name YAHSHUA (Philippians 2:11). And this is the essence of the Gospel: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).

@@Harpazo_to_Yeshua 😂 what? You can't go around making up your own ridiculous definitions and ideas. Simply "believing in Christ" doesn't make you automatically lawful. That's utterly ridiculous. If that were true then Yeshua wouldn't have need to said this to the assembly at Ephesus. Revelation 2:5 Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and 👉repent and do the works you did at first;👈 or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place-unless you repent. Or: Revelation 14:12 Here is the perseverance of the saints who👉 keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.👈 Having "faith" in Yeshua is Hebraically synonymous with doing what he says. Luke 6:46-48 “Why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’👉 and do not do what I say? 👈Everyone who comes to Me and 👉hears My words and acts on them👈, I will show you whom he is like: he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built. Over and over again. Meanwhile, you take a solely Pauline-Eurocentric view of the Bible and create this ridiculous paradigm where you don't have to do anything, and allege that Yeshua did it for you therefore you're somehow lawful even though you didn't do anything. 😂 what!?? Matthew 25:44-46 Then they themselves also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?’ Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” Over and over again Yeshua is telling you that you have to put in the work. But because Paul says you don't have to, that "Jesus" did it for you therefore you don't have to do anything but say a few words, clearly shows the difference between Yeshua the Messiah, and "Jesus Christ", your false, greek-eurocentric god. Go learn how to actually read the Bible instead of making up your own ideologies baked in American-Christianity. That path will surely lead you to hell.

The rabbi keeps assuming that we believers have abandoned the law and isn't listening to Dr. Brown's words from scripture. We still love and obey the law. We are just no longer under the law. Christ did the work we could not. The law is perfection. We can never live perfect thus never earn salvation. Jesus christ did and it is through Him we are saved. It doesn't mean we do away with the law. We still love the law and abide by the law. We believe there is forgiveness should we fail to follow the law perfectly. Which we will do because we can never live a perfect life. This rabbi's heart is so closed and hardened to what God has shown even in the torah.

Lots of words getting thrown around with bad definitions. God spoke to Israelites in deuteronomy. Part of that group were jews (judah). Very simple points: The promise given to the Israelites was the land, not the written torah. The written torah came because of their transgressions albeit in Egypt or with the golden calf. No where in the entire bible is the written torah the agenda. It was given because Israel would not internalize the spirit or deep meaning of the torah as did avraham Yissac and Yacov. That doesn't discredit or neutralize or even dismiss the importance of Torah, but remember that avraham internalized the essence of Torah 400 years before it was given to Israel. Avraham was righteous because of what??? His obedience to a diet or clothing? Nope, because he trusted God and because he internalized the meaning of torah and lived it. While Abraham converted people in haran to know the true creator Israel wanted to return to Egypt and avoided the same effort to being a light to the world. Torah means instruction and everything from the mouth of hashem is torah. The rabbi is against the idea of someone atoning for your sins yet the day of atonement, arguably the most important feast in the bible is strictly about doing so.

I am a Christian, and I agree wholeheartedly with the Orthodox Rabbi. Allow me to explain. when I accept Jesus as my LORD and Savior, I enter into a covenant with him, much like G-d expects with the Jews. I don't say a prayer, and proceed to live a life full of pleasuring myself and sinning. Paul himself said that the atonement of Christ is no excuse to sin. I instead make the most out of every day, doing all that I can to make the world I live in a better place while along the way sharing the gospel. I love God with all of my heart, mind, and soul, and I love my neighbor as myself, I take care of the poor and elderly, clothe the naked, heal the sick, house the homeless. All of these ARE MY MORAL OBLIGATIONS. Using the atonement as a get into heaven free card is a disgusting act of rebellion against G-d, and is far from love, and its not true Christianity.

@@Leon-jp7ch Animal sacrifices were given for atonement by blood (Leviticus 17:11), but the people couldn't be made perfect by the blood of bulls and goats, which is why they were sacrificed every year. If the sacrifices could make the people perfect, then there would not be a need for a new covenant. But finding fault with us (not the Law, which is perfect), God promised a new covenant in which sin would be expunged and the Law written in their hearts. A new covenant would require a new sacrifice, and a better one that can make the people perfect. If it still confuses you how a human sacrifice and an animal sacrifice can have a connection, then look at how Isaac was placed on the altar. God commanded that he be offered up as a sacrifice, but ultimately it was a ram that was chosen instead. That too pointed to Christ's sacrifice in a picture. The father and the obedient son meekly submitting to his father's will. In the New Testament Christ is called the passover lamb and an offering for sin. Isaiah 53 makes this connection to a sin offering as well.

16:30 and forward, Tanakh (Hebrew Bible) were NOT the only books "published" by the time Jesus was alive. We have boatloads of Second Temple JEWISH literature explaining and commenting on the Bible that existed at that time. Freitag is passionate but seems completely unaware of these writings. I watched the full debate and it's problematic in many ways. His reliance on the Talmud (which he says he studied in-depth) informs most of his argument. The Talmud is more important to him than the Torah, or Tanakh, or any other writings of his ancestors, and it seems evident in his presentation. If Freitag lived in the 1st century, he strikes me as the type of man who would have either been on the council that decided to collude with the Romans to murder Jesus, or he would have ended up like the apostle Paul. Freitag has plenty of passion, but he doesn't seem to understand the period of time in which these events occurred. He appears to be completely ignorant of the writings of his predecessors (other than the instructions given to him in the Talmud).

Christ is the end of the law however the law that is to be followed is that which is written on our hearts. The enabling to follow that law is through the Holy Spirit. New wine needs new wine skins. The new law is more stringent than the old law where anger is called murder, lusting is called adultery, greed called idolatry and so on. The new covenant directly brings a man into God presence, into the Holy of holies. This was the main purpose of God from the beginning for the Jews first and the gentiles.

It’s a shame that Dr Brown seems to be saying that faith alone in Jesus saves us. Orthodox Christians accept that we have to show our works to the Lord also on judgement day. When Jesus says “build up your treasures in heaven” he means our good works and deeds. Also - every parable contained a redemptive work element in it. Be it the repentance of the Prodigal son, his father’s compassion and forgiveness (the allegory for our repentance to God) , the Virgins who kept their lamps trimmed or the Good Samaritan’s care and love for the stranger - all these are WORKS which Jesus said that will bring us redemption in the eyes of God. These should have been used to correct the Rabbi - it’s not just a case of accepting Jesus but doing what he commands which are all connects to the law. We also have the sacraments of the Church , Baptism and Chrismation to wash our sins and anoint us, Repentance (Confession) and Communion where we acknowledge our sin and then the body and blood of Christ washes it away. These are also redemptive works which bring us closer to God through Theosis.

This mistaken idea from many Christians that the law has been done away is exactly why most Jews reject Jesus as Messiah. Remember, the OT says that if ANYONE tells you to reject the Law of God, then they are a false prophet. So, if Jesus said we are no longer required to keep the Law of God, then He is indeed a false prophet. But Jesus NEVER said the Law was done away. What was done away was the PENALTY for disobeying the Law. As Christians, we should strive to keep the Law, not out of obligation or fear, but out of LOVE for God. And yes, that includes the Sabbath, dietary laws, etc. The things that have been done away are the ritualistic obligations under the temple system. We no longer need a physical temple because we are the temple of God. The Spirit no longer resides in the Holy of Holies but resides in each of us (the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31). We no longer need a priesthood because Jesus is our High Priest. We no longer need sacrifices, because He was our sacrifice. So like many Christians, Dr. Brown is wrong regarding the Law. The Rabbi is wrong regarding the nature of the New Covenant and Jesus as Messiah.

This question was brought to the Sanhedrin and Rabban Gamaliel in Acts chapter 5. It was determined that if the Yeshua movement or Netzarim in Hebrew came to nothing then it was not from the Lord. They officially ended in 135 ce with the 15th and last Paqid and disappeared from history in 333 ce. Since everyone agreed on this criteria it says that Yeshua was not the Messiah.

From the AskDrBrown team: Actually, there have been Jewish believers in Yeshua, identifiable as such, through the centuries, right until today, by the hundreds of thousands. Plus, the Messiah's commission was to make disciples of all the nations, not just among the Jewish people. With more than two billion people professing faith in Jesus the Messiah today, the answer based on Acts 5 is the exact opposite of what you're alleging. We wish you God's grace in your pursuit of truth.

What unites the Old Testament Hebrew scriptures with the New Testament? It is found below. New Covenant Whole Gospel: Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. Watch the KZbin videos “The New Covenant” by David Wilkerson, or Bob George, and David H.J. Gay.

This rabbi doesn't seem to understand his own faith. He doesn't know what atonement is. He talks about obeying the law and does not know the meaning of the continuous sacrifice that was offered in the temple. Much of the law deals with the sacrificial system and he thinks it doesn't matter? He says that Daniel was righteous and had not made atonement. Well, they were slaves in Babylon, so they couldnt make atonement, but that doesn't mean they didn't need atonement. Daniel was considered righteous but he was still a man and flawed as we all are and needed remission through the blood of the lamb or the substitutionary sacrifice. If the sacrifice was something disposable, God would not have instructed it in the first place. If he did it, it was because he had a much greater reason, that was point to the Messiah who would be the final sacrifice. Now, he is the one who needs to answer how are Daniel and all Jews who follow Rabbinic Judaism justified? Because prayer and fasting accompany the process of justification as a sign of repentance and commitment to follow God's will, but they do not justify anyone in themselves. Because the payment for the debt of sins is the blood of the lamb. It is simple! Or the payment is made by the substitutive offering or it must be paid fully by the sinner regardless of prayer, fasting and repentance.

Jews have been studying the Torah for centuries and you have not yet understood the link between Messiah Ben Joseph and Messiah Ben David. For Christians the Messiah is the Antichrist, he will be homosexual. Christians are waiting for Jesus and the Antichrist, Jews are waiting for the two Messiahs, Muslims are waiting for Mahdi and Jesus. What do you think these two male subjects mean? I give you a little clue prophet Daniel saw a son of man in the clouds. Jesus has said 83 times in the Gospels that he is the son of man. You know what it all means, a man of both sexes that is hermaphrodite getting pregnant by himself. Messiah Ben Joseph is a pregnant man, the returning Jesus will not be born from a Virgin but from a man. The miraculous birth that Jews have been expecting for centuries means being born of a man to be considered divine, if it was born from a virgin it would not be considered as our technology has allowed artificial insemination for years. The messiah in Hebrew is feminine in order not to use the word homosexuality. The ancient Jews used a feminine term of endearment just like you want to make fun of a person of a different sexual orientation. A pregnant man is an act against nature so he is of divine origin. What binds the two Messiahs is the relationship of a child born of a single parent, Jesus has always said to be the unigetorial child, the child who is born is Jesus. It is he with his birth who brings the three monotheistic religions back into one and only world religion. What I reveal to you has been hidden from the world, it will be the Father of the Gospel, that is, the figure of Ben Joseph who tells the truth. Christians wait for Jesus to come down from heaven, in flesh or spirit, they have not understood that Jesus is born after two thousand years from the belly of a man with a Caesarian cut. In the book of the prophecy of Nostradamus you will see drawings in which you will see a man dressed as a Pontiff actually means Holy parent and a young monarch, they are Ben Joseph and Ben David, human father and divine son.God gets a man pregnant to generate an impossible miracle for our technology. So we have God, the Father and the child, that is, the Trinity of Christians. Jesus explains the way he returns to earth after two thousand years, Christians think that God is one and three, they did not understand what Jesus meant. Messiah Ben Joseph is the Alma, it means feminine endearment because gay.You Jews will realize that Messiah Ben David is none other than Jesus, Ben joseph will become the head of the world church in the name of Emmanuel, this is the name of the true Messiah, Jesus is a name that the Messiah Emanule used to go back in time in disguise, to change the time axis of the future to save humanity from the danger it is putting itself in between Covid, wars and famines.God created a male being aesthetically but he implanted female reproductive organs, a mix to generate a hermaphrodite, capable of self-cloning, like the cloning of the sheep Dolly. This is the miracle that God the creator of life will give to all humanity. Everything you want to know Jesus said the Father will tell you, he cannot because he is a newborn, it will take time for him to grow and start his journey, it will be the Father who will preside over the world until Jesus is great. The Father is the Antichrist of Christians, they have not yet understood who is this mysterious figure that appears before the return of Jesus.

Christianity unlike everything other religion is predicated on what God did for us not what good deeds we have to do to be saved. All anyone needs to do to be saved is to repent of their sins and believe on Jesus’ atoning sacrifice for our sins on the cross. Romans 10:9-10 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Since the Bible teaches that it’s impossible for God to lie, why not take this promise from the King of the universe to the bank.
