Is it ever worth leveling E before W at level 2 when playing with engage support like nautilus? Or is the poke of W more important than chain cc?

With engage supps is always better to E 2nd imo

Depends if you have prio/win lvl 2 or not. If you have prio and you win lvl 2 all in AND your support is looking to a hook/engage then yeah you can go E lvl 2 and its fine. Otherwise W is good.

I'm using biscuits and boots since I have mana issues because I spam rockets like a maniac. Besides that, Gathering storm gets no value because my games end in 20 minutes. For most people, I'd say gathering storm and absolute focus is better! Also, cut down got buffed, so might as well take it, since it's more dmg

Is there a reason you went PTA or Fleet this game?

Nautilus is an all-in support, and Kog+Lulu don't have any meaningful poke to warrant fleet. If they ever fight, it's because of an engage - so PTA is a better rune for all out fighting. Fleet should never be your default either way, new PTA is very strong and Fleet got nerfed in 14.10
