His feel for the game his midrange his 3 pt shooting. That he was on the scouting report especially after the 2nd half .. he has definitely improved I get the per 36 but certain things are seen on the floor not on paper.

In modern day NBA, Moody is one of the few ballers reminding me of the great Dennis Rodman, especially when it comes to fighting/hustling for the loose ball...Plus he is efficient....

Yes she knows. JK need the ball on his hand like JB or JT. Allow him to make mistakes and grow to first or second option. Steve never give this guy chance. Everything is about Steph. D Green said that " Steve started to realize that Jk need the ball on his hand". That was why he average over 20 points in 37 games.

I really hope he isn't traded!! I will be seriously heart-broken! I started watching the Warriors because of TJD, but I love this guy just as much. He's so much fun to watch. I know winning is the top priority, but the fans being happy should be right up there with winning and I know the fans love JK.

Completely different situation & you probably don’t understand what I’m saying… everyone loved Monte… nobody hated him… everybody loved Curry.. nobody hated him… it wasn’t a polarizing situation when it came to the fans. Kerr is the biggest issue with Kuminga and Moody. He doesn't play them enuff. Kuminga should be playing 35m per game. Moody could play the Melton/Hield role as a scorer but u have to wonder if getting those players will continue to get Moody more DNPs . Ironically, Kerr will play PODZ 35mins per game and he isn't close to the talent of Kuminga. They are both 21. Now Kuminga will want 160 + mil in an extension and we don't even know what Kuminga can become despite having him 3+ yrs. Given the right mins....Kuminga can be a 22p/5reb average. I think he over takes Wiggs and becomes warriors 2nd option

JK needs this year to put everything together. Defense is gonna click with Dray’s help. But & this is a BIG but, he needs a defined role & minutes (starter with 25-30mins). And allow him to make mistakes to learn & grow to prepare for the playoffs.

Steve Kerr has already said this is a big season coming up for JK. Kerr has said he wants him to play the 3. If so, he will have to do things that he has not had to do at the 4. He will have to display a much better handle. When he gets theball in low and he’s trying to break down the players who are guarding him, he frequently gets the ball stolen from him. His handle must improve. Also, as good as he can be in man defense, he has concentration lapses on help defense, frequently when he fails to rotate over on help defense, leaving an opponent uncovered. Increasingly also, he has to be a better playmaker. He really improved in that area last year, and continues to evolve. Yes, he needs to become more consistent with his three-point shot, but in the second half of the year, he was hitting it at 37%, I believe. Most of all, he has to play consistently at about 35 minutes a game. And not get injured, as he was at the end of the season. As with most athletes, good health becomes a greater concern as you get older. His athleticism will fade over time, but if he can round out his game, the sky’s the limit.

If moody and kuminga want minutes, their plus minus needs to be high. It’s not kerr’s fault it’s theirs. Podz has a higher plus minus than moody and kuminga because he’s more likely to pass to steph. That’s the biggest difference between who plays, the best plus minus players on the warriors make the hustle plays and get steph more touches. Easy to do and stupid to not realize. I love moody and kuminga but they’re less likely to pass to Steph and more likely to shoot. No one gonna improve their play minus if they don’t get more touches to the greatest shooter that ever lived.

Erin was bang on. IQ with defence and Skills with Shooting. Without those he is definitely not a superstar. He can be secondary option PROVIDED theres shooting on the team. So if its not coming from him. You can leverage is prodigious athleticism and drive to the rim by spacing the floor with shooters. No obviously this is a problem because unlike the the past with the exception of melton every shooter is not good defensively. There is a trade off which further complicates JK's opportunity and role. Its why Kerr is imploring and begging and if you understand the dynamic of the warriors roster JK NEEDS to shoot at a level where defences rerspect you or be a very good off ball defender and pass when you have the ball.

Idk why hosts keep saying curry is in his prime. He isn’t the same guy anymore and has clearly declined on both sides. He used to be solid or at least average on defense , he is terrible and can’t guard anybody on that side anymore. His offense clearly has taken a hit as well

Jonathan will have a better season not just because he’s better now but also because Steve Kerr finally has someone he can sub in at the pf when dray is out and also another center, last season they had kuminga at pf because he was one of the biggest bodies on the team which I felt was a huge waste. Kuminga is better off playing defense against guards, not forwards to improve his defense and capitalize on his crazy athleticism. Not to mention the mismatches he would have on defense at the sf position. I hope that now that Kerr has 3 centers in rotation even if one is a rookie and a backup pf for draymond (Kyle Anderson) he will stop putting kuminga at pf

I see Kuminga at around a Jalen Brown level ceiling. He will be a better likely be a better finisher but worse shooter. With elite athleticism, size and strength and very good on ball defender. I just don’t thing he well ever be a good enough shooter/playmaker to be a number 1 on a championship team. At worst he’s a better version an Aaron Gordon with more scoring pop but less defensive versatility.

I know everyone hates to hear this but no. JK is not a superstar in the making. He’s just like the wiseman scenario. He doesn’t have the brain. 🧠. Everyone is blinded by an athletic finish here and there , largely off of shots he only gets because of Steph and Klays gravity. But the reality is he can do one thing well: score. Not great , if any team tries to stop him they could. But they let him do his thing because they know its more important to keep steph out of rhythm. He is not mentally quick enough and not skilled enough. This isn’t to say he isn’t smart because he could be , JK constantly stands next to someone on offense, and he ruins our spacing. He constantly gets lost on rotations often because he’s watching the ball. He has the athleticism to close out, but he reacts so slowly. He often gives up open threes. He bites on every pump fake skying for a block which often ends up being a foul. He is in his third year and his ball handling has yet to improve.Not one dribble move has been forged into his game. Everyone constantly brings up his age smh tired point. If this is the guy the dubs want to invest in then we are in trouble because once steph leaves , Kumingas scoring and efficiency will both drop with increased defensive attention and people will recognize he is not skilled or smart enough to lead a team. People notice his scoring but dont see all the holes in his game thats preventing him from being a winning player. Hes not a 3-D wing player. He’s not a center or power forward. Podz moody tjd are smart young players though none are talented enough to be the main guy on a winning team. When steph retires the warriors are in trouble. We bet it all on wiseman and kuminga. And neither had 2 brain cells of BBIQ.
