With his own flagship office in Beverly Hills, Josh Altman is expanding his business and his family, as he and Heather welcome a new baby. Josh isn't afraid to go to extremes to stay at the top, whether it's donning a knight costume or squaring off against his old friend Fredrik Eklund.
With a 500-million-dollar portfolio in Malibu, Tracy climbs her way to the top of the real estate game. Tracy faces off with a demanding developer, co-lists a historic Hollywood party pad with Altman, and even travels to Arizona, but she faces her biggest real estate challenge yet when she puts her own Brentwood home on the market.
James and David learn that the key to staying at the top of the real estate game is expanding their territory. They venture out to Pasadena to sell a mid-century gem, then to Santa Monica for a double lot, and finally list a 20-million-dollar East Coast traditional in a quiet celebrity enclave. James and David also take Tracy to task when they learn she might not have their back.

Nothing makes my skin crawl more than hearing the words "updated" in regards to a historical home. half of the homes these people sell will look tacky and dated in around 10 years, whereas the historical home will still look classic. Rich people truly have questionable taste.

@Annette Sandoval Totally agree. I know everyone has their own taste but...I gotta be honest their taste is boring as hell. I genuinely wonder if some of these people who are into these homes have any interests or a personality at all. Also you know in 10 years the white box with all marble everything will feel as dated as the mid 2000s mansion we used to see on Cribs. But to be generous the homes built in the 70s and 80s that felt dated and ugly 10 years ago now are beginning to feel classic and charming too. So maybe these homes will be nice again in 2050...

Why does Altman think everything needs updating? He has no idea the value of old, classics. I would take any of the older properties as is before the big white boxes. Flagg is much more aware.

I just love how all these sellers who all say how much they love their home , but are selling it .Do they realize that they will never be able to own it again. All they have left are the memories when its sold, and the for gone conclusions of, I should have. I could have.I might have .All the past tense variable's ..Why not be honest with your self.. Like Drew Barrymore should buy her Great grandfather's home to keep it in the family ,to pass it unto her girl's . That is the whole point, or and purpose of real estate. In the past ,it was to pass the property on to the next generation. Now who knows what the purpose is . Its just about the profit margins. .

Flagg reminds me of a n old , Jewish women , oh his grandma , whom spoon fed him his , success today .. Altman , atleast had to , work alittle , to become , a top , realtor .. Flagg is talented , but , let’s just be real without his grandmas , connections .. he be just , another , struggling agent .. think they both are spoiled , brats lol
