The houses in Nigeria seem to me quite different from the ones in Chicago, also the bathrooms are much smaller and don't have a bathtub. I've also noticed that the windows are much smaller and sit higher up, we have huge windows that you can see outside and in many luxury apartments floor to ceiling windows and to put it in perspective tonight the temperature is expected to drop to below zero 🥶

Why? People should learn how to live together. Imagine if the country is divided because of tribal sentiments-How many countries are there going to be in Nigeria? How can each State sustain its self? If you go to the East, some Igbos from Anambra don’t like anyone from IMO etc. Nigeria is not the only country with different tribes. Stop this ethnic/religious division. I’m from Kaduna State and love our State.

Anyway, I wanted to start protesting on your behalf when I saw where the first house was, It's Narayi High Cost he said was 'Barnawa High Cost'. But that's not what was paining me; what was paining me was that from Almanar to Narayi High Cost is shorter through New Road. The last house was fine oh, but the concept of a courtyard in a shared building that is roofed, is confusing to me. What if my neighbour jumps inside my house? Nice video again by the way. It’s an accommodation with just one room, parlour, kitchen and a restroom or just a room without a parlour. And yea, some of them are still at the finishing stage, but will be completed before any tenant moves in.

Why are they showing these VERY dirty and untidy apartments? Why do you bother about what a room should be used for or why it is big? You should be free to use the rooms as you see fit. Who pays the 10% agency and 5% legal fees? The streets leading to the apartments are unpaved which you may want to take into consideration.

Well, sometimes they show unfinished houses which will definitely be completed before anyone moves in. Sometimes too, they houses are neat and ready just like the last house in this video. Not Divided Fav that's the setting, just that most LGA in the South are mostly populated by the Christian faithfuls and Few Muslim Communities same goes to the North. You can find same settings in Jos or states with the Presence of both religion one taking precedence over the other and vice versal, I'm sure we'll find same in Owerri which the Muslim populace is slim, so that kinda setting is equally applied there.
