Guzape district is an extension of high brow Asokoro district, and it's currently the most expensive neighbourhood to own a property in abuja at the moment.It's a relatively new district (less than 20 years old) and most of the development you see here actually happened in the last 10 -12years.

It's not just the houses that makes Abuja stand out from the rest, it is the befitting roads, pavements and deliberate greenery. Other places in Nigeria don't pay attention to that so people have mansions beside open gutters in other places and people walking by rarely have a sidewalk constructed with them in mind. Other places are not the same as Abuja imho.
