This argument doesn't work when ark is alive and well (as part of 03) and gai can become ark thouser independently. Just have 03 make ark scorpion for horobi (heck at how op 03 is just make the metsubojinrai driver since that is the strongest form horobi ever had).

Basically desast is a strong megeido from saber who loves killing and in the show's lore has killed two of the previous swordsman of sabers and who is a recurring villain and through the show he dies and dies which drains his life force and he wants to have one good final fight where even if he dies, he doesnt die with shame and so he trained ren aka kamen rider Kenzan when he was in his darkest moment and the two have a sort of love and hate relationship which ends with kenzan killing desast and kenzan using desast's ride book in the family to defeat one of the final villains, its not really a perfect description of Desast since its been a year since i watched saber but thats basically what i can remember

Desast was completely wasted potential in Saber. It's like they introduced him but didn't know what to do with him beyond his introduction so he barely ever shows up and when he does, he barely does anything noteworthy beyond "training" Kenzan

My favorite part of Kamen Rider Outsiders is because of Zein and I like the execution (no pun intended) of his character as both A.I. and Rider form. The introduction of Season 1 is about deconstructing what the franchise is all about and the narrative of the plot is direct and straightforward: Foundation X scientists Ecole and Rando enlisted the help of Ark by creating Project Outsiders, an ongoing process of recruiting all active Kamen Rider on the side of evil in direct opposition to Zein. I really like how the concept of the destroying the balance of good and evil is the being utilized in full swing in a rapid-fire chess game: If Ark is eliminated and Zein wins, humanity is at risk on the verge on genocide because of the evil deeds of people. If Zein is eliminated, there will be no more heroes to stop the villains from furthering their goals in conquering the world. In a more heartbreaking manner, all of the Legend Riders from Ichigo all the way to Revice are all supporting Zein in his campaign opposing Foundation X. All of them surrendered and donated their powers to the creation of the Zein Driver, designed by George, and the Zein Cards, designed from the Rouze Card system in BOARD. Season 2 got worse: Zein made a cameo in Gotchard episode 33 because the Hundred Organization decided to invade the World of Gotchard and Zein sees them as intruders so he killed one of them as a warning to stay out of his crusade against evildoers. In my opinion, the most heartbreaking scene is when Zein uses the powers of Ace's Geats IX

If you want to find some "fanservice enjoyer" type of series, this is very right choice, but objectively, the story is very trash, the phasing is mega FAST, not all the fan service is good tho, i don't like that ouja survive suit, it's not as badass as ryuki & knight, and i hate garren king debut, imagine waiting for 20 years just for the "finisher" scene?😭

The thing that bugs me about Outsiders is how long it's been taking to release. I'l have to watch the whole series all over again before the next episode drops just so I can remember what happens. I'm also really disappointed they couldn't do anything good with Desast and Kenzan. Desast was completely wasted in Saber and Kenzan was just a whiny brat that I absolutely detest. Outsiders had a chance to make them at least decent and wasted it. Other than that, the story is at least interesting and Kamen Rider Zein looks really cool and has a decent concept. Making the "bad guys" into "good guys" is an interesting topic all around for me
