How do these commenters manage to twist everything to lay blame at Catherine's door? Ludicrous to suggest that Catherine talking about family togetherness is in any way opening her up to criticism of her own back yard. It isn't HER family that is suffering these issues, it is the family she has married into, and she is neither culpable for the actions of the renegade members of that family, nor is she responsible for fixing their issues. Particularly at a time when she is literally fighting for her health. The families for which she does have a creative responsibility - own nuclear family, and her birth family - appear to be models of unity and harmony, and that is what she is speaking of in her Christmas message.
