Hey Razo, I had a brain infection 10 years ago and can only listen to books on tape now. Having the book Dear Leader read to me by the author I was perhaps the saddest and most terrifying thing I had ever listened to. It’s a story of a high-level North Korean insider defects. @Michael Kanes Yes Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote that and many other really amazing books about life in Russia under Stalin. My favs are _One Day In The Life of Ivan Denisovich_ which describes a single day in the life of a political prisoner in a gulag and _Cancer Ward_ which is a a semi-autobiographical novel about his experiences and the people he meets while receiving treatment in a cancer ward. The title sounds depressing but it's really not. He shows all the funny, touching and weird little quirks of the patients and doctors on his ward and their lives before their cancers and the trials faced by them and their doctors.
