Aloha. Matt from Greenwell Farms here. A little more info. Our Private Reserve is a mix of Red Bourbon, Hawaii Typica and Kona Typica. It is a single-origin estate coffee that is very rounded with hints of chocolate and fruit and a silky smooth finish. 16:1 ratio is recommended. Our Medium Roast drops at 395, is a select 100% Kona meaning 100% Kona but mixed farm origin. Bright citrus, notes of honey, chocolate linger. If you have more questions please let me know. Just got 5 LBS of 100% KONA coffee beans!! Straight from Kona Cherry Hill estates!! Question… how do you brew ? Seems like I’m not getting the most of it when using a regular coffee maker???! !! $50.00/lbs should be savored!!! Tell me more!! By the way been to Greenwell too!!

A regular coffee maker will actually do the trick. The key is making sure you have an excellent burr grinder.
