Now compare this airport to the dark,closed and rundown one you showed us in Abuja a few months!Most people called me all sort for saying what l said about that airport but l dont mind.Any Nigerian that sees this ghana airport and still thinks Nigerian government built something is the true enemy of Nigeria.We should speak the truth for the betterment of Nigeria not defending the backward and local champions Nigeria call politicians for defending sake.l personally think that New airport in lagos should be the local airport.Federal government should build a bigger and better designed airport between lagos and lbadan Expressway.Maybe 45 mins from lagos or 45 mins to lbadan.Lagos is too conjested,moving the international airport few mins drive from the city will benefit the city greatly.Most people live 2 hours drive away from Heathrow or Gatwick..Only in Nigeria does everybody wants everything to be at their doorstep.Oh,accra about 5 million people,their airport look more spacious to me than MM2 in lagos of over 20 million people.Doesn't make sense!Have a nice holiday.Thank you.

The video I made about Abuja airport is the domestic terminal, I don’t think we should it to this one cos it’s an international terminal, secondly I totally see the point you stated about moving the airport to The outskirts and I think it’s honestly a good idea🤔 Buh aren’t there some factors that should be considered like security and other things that could arise??

@@favour_oparah There is no security or any challenges,just that nigerian leaders are not visionary.lf the colonial did not put all these things there they would not have been there or thought about it.There is a direct highway from Lagos to lbadan,a train line,moving the international airport there,an area with more land and a direct route into lagos will be more beneficial to lagos and Nigeria.

The Airport was renamed in 1969 in honour of General Emmanuel Kwasi Kotoka because he was killed at the forecourt of the airport

Kotoka is not a national hero. He was a traitor. The airport was named after him by his fellow traitors, whom he came to power with after they iverthrew Kwame Nkrumah together. Ghana has to change that name
