It's also been a childhood dream to own land, just like you, Brad. Your situation of another farmer working your land is ideal. We'd like to work a few acres ourselves and have a neighbor work the rest. Thanks for the tour. Your property is fantastic! You also have two beautiful puppies 🐶 😀

I've been in your state twice. Both times hiking the ATTrail. Remind me one day to tell you the story of Mr. Vancoolen. Everybody uses his product. He only invented one product, with the help of his 5 year old son Michael. Michael is the same age as me. Mr Vancoolen got his diary from his dad. When his father passed away, he only got a ton of bills. One day his tractor broke down by Michaels sand box. There Michael played with his used Tonka toys. Only because his dad could not afford new ones. On a sunny hot day, Mr. Vancoolen was cutting some tin and metal to fix something on his tractor. A small piece of metal landed in his Tonka Dump Truck. Little Michael picked it up and said Daddy. Mr. Vancoolen said, not know Michael. Well little Michael kept calling his dad and his dad finally said WHAT. Look daddy a spout. That was the day that everything changed. Daddy for working on the tractor next to the sand box and Michael for bugging his dad. We all use this one little piece of metal. That spout on top of the Morton Salt Container. After everything was set and done. Mr. Vancoolen paid all his bills plus he bought out the other 3 diary farms around him. And he paid those farmers more then the selling price. Mr. Vancoolen build the largest diary farm in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Vancoolen died three years before my dad died. We all flew to his farm and went to his viewing. His ashes were spread out on the farm. Yes, he had two hangers for his planes and a jet plus a runway build there. Now Michael runs the farm with his family. And every time they pour the salt into a salt shaker, they all look at Michael and say Thank you for being there in the sand box, which his kids played in and his grand kids. Now you know the story of Mr. Vancoolen

Absolutely awesome place Brad! Yes, some time with Mitzi would be great! One question: How does the use of the land change your tax situation - I don't live in KY (yet) but if farming/ranching bumps up your taxes dramatically, I'm guessing that the rent could offset that. One of the most common reasons my wife and I have for _not going country_ is taking care of the property (aka cutting grass all weekend) and I think you've addressed that (we'll see if it's to the satisfaction of the CFO)...
