I hate the entrance, love the kitchen. The laundry room is impressive. The back patio would make a great entertainment area. The whole basement would become my business areas. The "things I would do"- Add more privacy from main road, Clean up the landscaping in the immediate area of the house and probably put a decent size pond in. The "I likes"- Expansive greenery, space, interior and exterior of house look well taken care of.

Things I like, the spaciousness, the land, the sunrooms, the pool and garden, the dollhouse. Things I would update to make more upscale: the stoves in the kitchens switch them to gas, update bathroom lights, get rid of the wall papers, show a video with some staging (could be just staged by a software). The house is very big and people like to imagine what it would be like if furnished. Tell distance to airport. The property is beautiful!!!!

So first things I would change is the garage door to something fancier or like old barn door style. Better landscaping around the house. I would change the faucet in the kitchen to one taller and more Grand. I would change the stove to gas. To me it needs a lot of updates and some repairs. Love the built ins, the size of front door, the gazebo and pool plus number of bedrooms.

Man here in michigan we charge 70 to 90 bucks an acre for lawn care. My plan is move there and live out my life and maybe mow a few lawns. Lol. We'll definitely be getting with yall when it's time

I love the shelves and cabinets every place, especially in the entrance. I love the downstairs. My MIL could live down there. I love the beautiful kitchen. I would only change paint colors a bit. Hi Brad, here's my like list 1. Love the gated entrance at the street 2. Love the basement 3. Love the generac generator Dislikes 1. Get rid of the carpets in the rooms Gross 2. Over growth of plants really needs to be cleaned up 3. That room with all the technology really looks bad all hanging out with each other What I would do: Get a workshop set up behind the pool area like 20x40 Definitely have someone mow the lawn for me, but the smell of fresh cut grass, amazing That room in basement looked like a walk in safe for my weapons! And perhaps a storm shelter, really don't need a handle on the inside as you would unlock door with key and push door open

This property is beautiful. Love all the bedroom. So much space. Great idea to extra room for guests. The laws are beautiful green area. Plenty of space for the grandchildren to have fun and the swimming pool what can I say. Only thing is I would need a time of cleaners to com in 2/ 3 times a week to clean it. Or maybe every day lol

Mistletoe won’t kill the tree! It takes years for mistletoe to grow on trees. Look up process to even get it. We have a tree that is over 100 yrs. old, and has had it before I was even born in the 50’s. So enjoy it. Silly realtor. Beautiful property and home.

I love the land and the entryway and about 85% of the kitchen bc it’s got the fireplace. Don’t love the random frog ponds and the tiny rod iron around them- I wd trip and impales myself. It needs to be a major water feature IMO. The bathrooms just need updates and the closets… eh. It’s a great house and potential is it’s name!

Then I need to know more about the land the property anything starting out with does it have fruit trees and if so what kind of fruit trees. I like peaches. I got relatives in Tennessee and Kentucky. How do I buy a property's own plan hatching through the owner, and what is the credit limit and what would kind of person do? I'm on a disability social security and I'm also a new part-time job, but I don't like to move some place and I want a complete privacy. One thing I don't like is the price, way outta my league, number 2 that I don't like is tile on the front patio, the third thing is how the neighbors mower can be heard very loudly, does that mean that every sound carries loudly like that? And now the three things I do like, number 1 is the kitchen and all the cabnits, drawers and slide outs! Number 2 is the deep sink in the laundry room, I still remember standing on a stool when i was little, while my mom washed my hair in her deep sink in the laundry room. And number 3 all the screened in porches and sunrooms! I love being outside without bugs in a comfy recliner!

3 thing I like,, the acres , nice and private with a view, the fireplace, and its on a little hill (knoll) 3 things I dislike, the driveway should let u off with a sidewalk right at front door at 9:30. and 2:21 .( not an easy fix now) dont like only two car garage , and dont like windey sidewalk from garage driveway to back door. inconvenient,, and funky . at 7:26..have to walk all way around sidewalk to get to driveway.., in my estimation,, thanks, for letting me speak my mind.. But if someone was to give the house away to me, I wouldnt refuse it.. LOL

Minor correction. At 06:28 is doesn't say 1.48 million it says 1,484.07 per square mile. Love the acreage. Big yet not too big. Lots of great sun. So needs an off grid solar system. I am not a great fan of neighbors(just me) but I would probably place some weeping willows or shrubs around the perimeter of the home to create a natural privacy screen. It is a nitpicky thing but I would change the single sink in the basement flat to a double sink for sure or add a dishwasher. I think I would use all of that open space to have a beautiful orchard. Lastly and just for extra credit, I think I would have a hanger and spit for the fireplace in the kitchen. Would be very romantic to cook over a fire. At my stage in life this isn't an attainable home for me. Unless I win a lottery lol. Said before, if I do, I will definitely be knocking on your door(calling you). Peace and love to you and your family. As a side note. I cut the cord a long time ago. Watching your videos is way better then watching television.
