I want Lego Batman 4 to be exactly like the Batman Animated Series. Kind of like how they’re now releasing sets off the animated series. All the characters and designs and even some of the missions could be plots from the episodes. So basically, I want Lego Batman 4 to be like the original Lego Batman 1 but with more of an animated series vibe, along with a huge open world and more characters. And please, ONLY Batman characters and villains. NO other DC superheroes and supervillains.

Exactly the same I am wishing for, it should be a Batman game, not a DC game. Lego: DC should be entirely different, though only time will tell. I understand many would prefer to see the wider DC, but Batman sells, the rest is either a hit or miss.

Honestly a remake of the original but incorporating mechanics from the later games would be really cool, I think. Like, do the same story with the hero and villain sides, but set it across an open world Gotham, have Batgirl and Nightwing actually be involved, have the on-the-fly suit switching from Beyond Gotham, etc.

I want LEGO Batman 4 to be a multiverse game, however, I think it would be great if the game focused on Batman as the main character and had it be a Batman themed Crisis on Infinite Earths where he meets other versions like 1966, Dark Knight, DCAU, or The LEGO Batman Movie. It would also be cool if they made Gotham the main hub world, but they let you go to different versions of it from across the multiverse like Neo Gotham from Batman Beyond, a pirate version, or even a prehistoric version. Maybe they could even let you cycle through different versions of the Batcave from across media.

Id like them to actually make the characters mouths move properly when outside of the cutscenes. Give us some actual talking, not just a bunch of static facial expressions. it might save time and look like the characters are switching between their different expressions, but its lazy. If these newer consoles are more powerful and you did the talking animations in the past with no problem, then they should be done.

2:27 Actually I think they should bring back the Batcave style from Lego Batman 3 as that one was really expansive with tons of flare and Easter eggs. 4:37 I disagree with this as having both Arkham-style gadgets and the Lego-style suits would be kinda redundant as they serve the same purpose which is to help you solve puzzles and progress through sections of the game. You can’t really combine them either as the suits themselves already had special gadgets you could use. 5:57 Now as for the story, I think they should still include other DC characters but still have the focus be on the Bat-family. That is if they want to call the game “Lego Batman 4”. If they go the catch-all “Lego DC Superheroes” route then we could have another generalized story like in 3 or DC super villains. But if it is a Lego Batman 4, then I think they should experiment a little by having a different villain take the role of being the main bad guy. Such as the Scarecrow or the Riddler and have the Joker take more of a smaller role like he did in Lego Dimensions. 7:26 As for Online Play, yeah not much to say here. I would love that.

6:55 I feel like a LEGO DC Multiverse game would be great, In my mid it would be somewhat like LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2, just with DC characters instead. This game could also be a great way to see the possibility of new DC minifigs such as the Batman Who Laughs, Emperor Joker or even Lucifer Morningstar. The map could be a case similar to either Marvel 2 where multiple different DC locations (e.g Gotham, Metropolis, even Apokalypse) meshed together (only larger), or something similar to The Skywalker Saga where there are a ton of different DC Locations that you can travel to (e.g Gotham with a Wayne Manor and Batcave, Metropolis with the Hall Of Justice and LexCorp, even with all of the different (better made) Lantern Planets) - Of course it would draw a lot of similarities to Batman 3, but, If Tt did it just like they did with The Skywalker Saga it could turn out to be a success. TLDR - Lego DC Multiverse could be amazing ...... if done right.

Not sure I really get the point of a new Lego Batman game when Lego Batman as a theme has been on a steady decline and reduced to basically just batmobiles. Meanwhile there hasn’t been a DC set outside of Batman since Wonder Woman 84 in 2020 as far as I can remember. It’s not like Tt games hasn’t made games for declining themes before but it seems strange to me in the modern context of TT games being less frequent and requiring more development time. Batman games will always be popular but I think this will miss some of the Lego synergy we’ve seen in the past.

There's been a big increase in Batman themed sets recently, with many more rumoured. Tt are only working on WB properties now, and Batman is their biggest IP. Also, LEGO Horizon is due out by the end of the year, the LEGO theme consists of 1 set which is now retired, so I don't think the old rules apply now.

I’d use the 2004 video game Spider-Man 2 as an example of how Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham should’ve been as Spider-Man 2 was the first open-world superhero game. The combat in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga reminds me of the combat in Ultimate Spider-Man.

I really hope it's not. I love LB1 but there is almost no reason to replay most hero levels because most of the game is focused on their abilities. Id really like a more grounded story with them as the main focus, but the level variety with different characters for other puzzles and unique animations are really fun to me

I kinda disagree, the story in LB1 is kinda boring with only Batman and Robin. Like there’s barely any heroes in that game and Batgirl and Nightwing mechanically ate just clones of Batman and Robin with different voices. If anything the villains’ side is more interesting since there are like 20 in that game.

Lego Batman 1 the Videogame, and Lego DC Super Villains was the BEST Lego DC games cause of how the characters fight in both games when it comes to fighting, and about the fact that you can automatically grab enemies, but not ONLY that, you can also automatically do DIFFERENT combos, and stuff with the characters when it comes to fighting UNLIKE Lego Batman 2, and 3 LMAO 💯. Plus Lego Batman 2 was just CORNY AF to me because of the way how the game was, and how it looked. And as for Lego Batman 3 it was just TOO BORING to me because it's just like that in Lego Batman 3 almost all of the characters in that game except the Justice, and the Injustice league can't at least do nothing like lunge and attack enemies, throw objects at enemies, and more when it comes to fighting in that game like you could do with ALL of the characters in Lego DC Super Villains. Plus I feel like that in my opinion what ruined the the whole entire game of Lego Batman 3, and to make it look like a bad Lego Batman DC game like Lego Batman 2 was as well is that WHY EVEN put minion characters as playable characters like the Thunderer, Brainiac's Minion, Orange Warrior as playable characters in the game 🙄 ESPECIALLY when ALL you can do with minion characters in Lego Batman 3 ofc is just brawl ONLY when it comes to fighting, but you'll be UNABLE to lunge at other enemies, and then be UNABLE to attack other enemies while playing as minion characters and then you'll also be UNABLE to at least grab enemies WHILE attacking enemies, or at least be UNABLE to throw objects at enemies in Lego Batman 2, and 3 SMH 💯😒.

I want a lego Superman game, I loved metropolis is lego dc supervillains and would love a bigger map of Superman related stuff like instead of apokolips we have the phantom zone and stead of the batcave we have the fortress of solitude, I would pay 100 for a deluxe edition of that type of game, people keep saying a Superman game would be impossible well there’s no reason a lego Superman game isn’t possible
