17:50 John saying: “Thank you for breaking down that for me” reminded me of the dynamic between me and my boyfriend. I have ADHD and he really helps me navigate through adulthood. Simple things can be complicated for neurodivergent people. ❤

I was in the situation described in the question about the girl who had a crush on her friend... except I was the girlfriend. He ended up leaving me for her. It was the right thing for all of us because they were better for each other than us... but it still hurt. I say it's best to tell him the truth but it's his decision who he chooses. If he decides to remain with his girlfriend let him go. Don't hang on hoping he changes because that hurts everyone. Also speaking as the girlfriend.. I knew there were feelings.

10:00 The main thing to think about when dating someone older is when they turn 60 & you’re 40, you will have to start to take care of your spouse when you may be still capable & full of life. You have to decide if you’re willing to do that.
@tegantalks9612 Жыл бұрын
41:04 I think you are perfectly within your rights to tell someone how you feel whether they are married, dating, or not. With that being said you need to prepare yourself for the consequences of that whether positive or negative. He might leave his girlfriend for you because he also has feelings for you; however, keep in mind if he is willing to do that for you, he may also be willing to do that to you if another girl comes along that he views as a better option. He may also decide that he doesn’t feel the same way and no longer wants to be friends. As someone who is in a relationship and has been for 7 years I trust that if a girl approaches my partner and confesses feelings for him that he will kindly turn her down and is more than capable of cutting her off if he feels creeped out by the situation.

This would be my response to this question if they are truly friends (44:35)... "I know this is going to change the dynamic of our relationship, but I need to get this off my chest. I have feelings for you. I don't think I can continue our friendship; I thought you should know so it didn't catch you off guard as to why I started distancing myself."

I don't pee in the shower anymore but I used to. I had to train myself out of it, it was pretty difficult to resist the urge. Now I'll go to the toilet before a shower. As for the hair thing, yeah it's gross but I don't mind as long as the person gets rid of the hair after they're done. What else were they supposed to do with the hair? It's not good to let it go down the drain and it's much more gross having to pull it out

Oh and as a Psych major from back in my college days…there are narcissistic traits that people can develop or be born with (these are usually less severe and don’t meet the criteria of a personality disorder) and then there is also Narcissistic Personality Disorder, which is one of 10 personality disorders that is usually caused by a mixture of environmental and biological causes. A personality disorder is resistant to treatment and is more severe and pervasive than just having some narcissistic traits.

Mm the situation of the woman having feelings for her male friend who's in a relationship is tough. I say tell him. If she can't move on without ending the friendship, she should tell him. It'll be pretty sad for the friendship to end for seemingly no reason. He'd be hurt by that since they're close. I think she should tell him while knowing that they might never be able to be friends again after. If he rejects her but is okay with staying friends, I don't know how it would work out between her and his gf. They probably won't ever get along. I guess the other option is to not cut things off but slowly distance and find other people to spend time with and maybe like even more than him until the feelings subside, then feel free to tell him what was going on.

Just a suggestion. I notice you guys don’t have direct links to your social media accounts or anything you sponsor in your descriptions for each video. maybe adding it will help listeners follow other pages/accounts. Just something I’ve seen with other KZbinrs.

I see ya'lls fahlo bracelets :) Also, to the quickie about the guy studying with a girl. He is one on one with another girl in a location he did not tell you about. Not saying he is cheating, but to the girl the guy is dating it is gonna look suspicious. The GF supports him studying I'd imagine. The problem is not what he is doing, I think the issue is the fact he lied about it which is why this looks bad and makes the Gf feel weird. She would just like to be told the truth on where he is going.

Narcissism is entirely based on the environment and can be developed in a short amount of time. If the environment is conducive to inflating egos and elitist mentality a person with a vulnerability in self-esteem and/or feeling a purpose can easily develop a narcissistic personality. In the event of Kanye, the fame attached to a vulnerable area of his and it progressively got worse the more his fans validated his god complex.
