Light issue is not everywhere in Enugu, some places have steady light even after rainfall the light stills come back. Unless wind affected the poles. In the southeast as a whole Enugu have more steady light then other states in the southeast.

I won’t say it’s that expensive comparing it to some other states but the case of raising your female children in Enugu, am totally in support of what you said!! It’s really not a good environment to raise females, wow I thought I was the only person that noticed this
