Their passing is middle and rushing is bottom 5, they could upgrade but there is no guarantee someone on the downward slope like Carr would be better. I suspect there are a few teams drafting beyond the first 3 or 4 QB that will sign Jones as a starter, there are at least 10 QB more broken or have less potential.

That pick six was on Bourne as well as Mac. Poor decision by number 10, but Edelman or Amendola come back to the ball and make the catch. This offense is untalented and has poor fundamentals. That is coaching as well.

He can be a good qb. Pats fan witnessed that his rookie year and there’s something there that shows how good of a qb he can be. But seriously having 3 OCs in 3 years isn’t fair enough to judge him. He needs 1 more year. He needs his GM ( whether that’s belichik or someone else next year) to go out and get him a certified number 1 receiver. Mac jones isn’t the type of guy to make these mediocre players around him better. Look at T Law and Fields, and Wilson, and those guys. They all were welcomed with elite 1 receivers like a DJ Moore and a Garrett Wilson and a Calvin Ridley

Am I crazy or did rg3 just regurgitate someone else’s take almost verbatim? I swear I heard that exact same take yesterday from Rex or Ryan Clark.

He was never broken. He isn’t good. He’s a qb that can’t throw. It’s so hard for him. Tom brady never had the strongest arm but he got the ball there. Compare that to jones who looks like he has to try so hard to throw the ball. He isn’t the guy. Malik cunningham!

Pretending college football and pro football are the same is a weak argument for fools who have no argument for keeping jones as a starting quarterback for the New England patriots

Not permanently broken but Bill did destroy his confidence. The issue is that Bill believes coaching matters more than the players on the field. Why else would he make the decisions he did last year. Also, 😅.. Bill (reportedly) makes $20M per year.. Let this sink in--- Brady, in his 20 seasons in New England, he rarely had a base salary over $4 million. Only in 2015, Brady received the highest base salary of $8 million in New England. Brady’s $7.5 million base salary in 2010 was the only other year he cleared $6 million from the base. He left because of Bill refused to pay (which equates to respect) him the money he deserved. So, all that to say, Bill does not value anyone except himself and it's apparent in his decisions to not pay for high quality players on the offensive side of the ball, even when Brady was there.. Bill made this pissy bed that is the current roster and he needs to lay in it.

No offense dude but I'll just take it for granted business isn't your strong suit. Tom Brady made an astronomical *#1* $303 Million in his football career. Like seriously do you make those numbers up? And no before you try and make the false spin that it had something to do with endorsements I'll stop you there. In his 2nd season alone back in 2002 his signing bonus was $3.7 Million along with a base salary of $ 7 Million which made him among the top paid QB's in the league. As for not spending Bill Belichick spent a record league high $210 Million on Free agents during the summer of 2021

Guess everyone's a genius on KZbin 😂.. My business acumen is fine by the way. Tom made that money over 20 years of being in the NFL. And no, unlike you, I actually do my research before jumping on KZbin. We're talking about base salaries. Guys like Philip Rivers and Drew Brees were making twice as much base salary than Tom at some points in their career with no championships. Tom should have made 3x that amount in his career earnings if we're talking about paying players what the deserve.. And Bill spending that one year is laughable. I believe he did it just so he could try and prove that his way of being cheap works. But its not about just spending, its paying the right kind of guys that fit a scheme and identity, which this roster has none.

@@michellesmith38 Whoever taught you how do do research has a marvellous sense of humour . So I'll say it again > In the history of the NFL no one has been paid more than Tom Brady. Over the course of Brady's career Brady Ranks #1 at $303.0 million (There are other sources that claim he's made as much as $330-350 Million) but i think I'll go with *Business Insider* for their irrefutable reputation. As for questioning my research skills and weakly patronizing me by suggesting "I jump on KZbin without being prepared" > Don't project on to me what you do. My field of expertise is forensic statistical analysis as it pertains to value *Stanford Grad over here pal* and my reputation is impeccable (Beyond refute) The preposterous claim that Brady makes only made $4 Million a year borders on something a special needs adult would say. So hypothetically according to you every 3 or 4 years when Brady became a free agent his agent and himself were more than happy to settle for $4-6 million yearly even though he could have gone to another team and make $20 million like Peyton Manning RIGHT Champ 👍 What never for a second remotely resonated in that pea brain of yours is Tom Brady sacrificed (By his own choosing and consent) $80 Million in his career while playing with the Patriots signing discounted contracts. And I'll give you one example of a contract Brady signed for 4 years in 2010 (2010-2014) Brady was given a signing bonus of $16 Million along with an average salary of $18 Million /yr for a total of $72 Million. Along with hidden incentives in order *Known as Rorting* to work around the teams available cap space . Exactly what Tampa did in 2023 - They still owe Brady $32 Million And i come prepared unlike the fiction you make up (I've been in a Court of Law 100 times) as an assessment witness. Go ahead try and refute the information on Sportrac were the information is to an absolute 100% certainty irrefutable. In closing in Brady's final year in New England *2019* he made an astronomical $44 Million with the generous SIGNING BONUS of $20,250,000 combined with salary. A far cry from the 4-6 Million you laughably claimed
