Based on the lore dumping in this episode, I suspect the multiversal hierarchy would be like this: Zeno - Grand Priest - That Blue Demon King - Rymus - Angels - God of Destructions/Supreme Kais - Zalama - etc. Though Rymus' connection to Zeno is yet to be seen.

It's inferred that there is an angel realm which is where all angels come from and where the 6 angels of the destroyed universes went afterwards. Its also where Meerus came from. It's possible that that is also where Zeno is from. It would be fitting with Toriyama's style to flip the tradition and have the creator be from the demon realm and the destroyer be from the angel realm. It also makes sense that the destroyer is stronger than the creator and matches the current pattern of the GoDs being stronger than the Kais. As for who created the demon and angel realms, perhaps they are the only naturally occurring realities thanks to, at least in the case of the demon realm, a great abundance of magical energy that formed into matter and lifeforms.

I have a feeling Majin Kuu might become a good guy based off of his vibe. I’m already sold on his personality and fighting style even if his design is kind of lackluster. He’s like a good mixture between your typical OG Dragon Ball gag villain and an actual serious DBZ villain. Also it’s not like he’s weak, it’s just that Tamagami 1 is mad strong, a lot stronger than Tamagami 3 who’s supposed to be stronger than Dabura who was around Perfect Cell level.

Going to be 100% honest it makes sense. Don’t forget they have another saibamen seed. My guess for the end is either some absorption of the two into a weird mix between Janemba and Super Buu or Majin Kuu gets killed off by the new more ravenous majin. My guess would be it breaks free of Dr. Arinsu’s control and goes absolutely rampant like Kid Buu did.

it is important to note that currently, Shin does not know about Zeno, as the Old Lord of Lords, Shin's ancestor told him when they were fighting the universe 6, there Shin asks, should i know him and then he was smacked by the old Lord of Lords. So still, Angels and Zeno should be above Rymus sama as they come from a wold unknown. As far as i guess - since Rymus was "ordered" to create the universes to expand the demon empire, this means there was life before them as well, there were Majins, so those Majin's must have been created by Zeno or some Angels, also there was the concept of time so Chronoa (the supreme kai of time) must also exist that time, And Rymus as far as i know, was not in the Databooks, he is a new addition.

Weird thoguht here but Piccolo mentions his dad twice in this episode. Could Neva be related to Piccolo? In the namek saga it’s confirmed piccolos dad is probably named Katas. But still idk it feels like they’re setting something up. Piccolos was always special, Kami’s dragon balls were more powerful than nameks balls. Plus fused piccolo and Kami were stronger than Frieza. Idk maybe they have some lore dumps for Piccolo as well now that he’s seeing his people’s true history.

I think we have to take it that as a kid, even though Goku went SS2 and all that, it isn't as strong as it is when he's fully grown. So... sorry power scalers but you're going to have a lot of trouble actually scaling anything in this show back to things in Universe 7. I'm also not entirely sure Piccolo Jr. means Sr. when he says that. The nameless Namekian has no memories of his life before Earth, and Piccolo appears to have some memories of Sr. at least, and has called himself "Demon King" a few times too, which makes sense since he's a reincarnation. For all we know he's talking about someone further back. But, then again maybe not.
