i mean they could, but that would also result in commander and the counters getting killed, and if even if they did survive, they will probably be kicked out of the ark. and during that time, marian recently recovered and had her brain reformatted to a baby knowledge (because of chatterbox) so even if she has firepower and armor, she would be severely outskilled by the other nikkes in the ark, you have seen what D and K do, as well as Matis and Absolute are capable of. Lastly, I doubt the commander would risk putting everyone in danger by killing burningum, since burningum is part of the Central government, killing him is the Nikke equivalent of killing a government politician and the Central government (and by extension Enikk) will not take that lightly.
