As a Cane, I’m selling my stock in Williams 😂. He’s never looked in command as a QB. He holds onto the football too long, isn’t very mobile, and has a noodle for an arm. I just don’t see what I should be resting my hat on. If he is the QB next year we win 5 games tops.

Absolutely, This Kid actually uses his Brain and he doesn’t make dumb throws all the time and his Ball Placement is actually good Unlike Maiava who keep throwing interceptions up the middle and makes bad choices as QB. As much as I sympathize with Wazzu, picking them over a P4 school would be a head scratcher. Wazzu is basically playing G5 football. Miami makes the most sense and it’s not even close. You have all of the ingredients that helped Ward be successful still here. Why would he pick a G5 school with a new coach? Cam Ward went from a Day 2-3 pick to a top 5 player. Shannon Dawson and the weapons Miami has helped him a lot. The question is if Miami wants him. After watching Emory the other day, it’s clear Miami should be interested.

Really disappointed... what I saw Emory Williams do in high-school and watching some film break down on him, he (appeared) to be a possible Dorsey 2.0. I guess like too many, they don't have it for even College level. I'm wondering when WE can find a Freshman who is great and has a good 3-4 years with Natty level talent instead of going to the portal for QBs. Currently I'm more concerned with DC. With defense getting washed all year, we'll need QB every year that has to be some kind of miracle worker. Like several games this year should have been a blow out, 41 points in this game should have been enough to win. Miami have a terrible defense is really ridiculous.

How do you build a team? Do you transport a kid in for only 1 year? Makes no sense. The problem with the Canes is that they have no defense, they need to get guts have brains and are hostile,mobile,and agile. They don't have that on defense. First,they must hire a defensive coach.

Plus ran the ball for over 300 yards in that bowl game. Extremely impressive! It was our Defense that lets us down in 2 of the 3 loses. GT was the 1 game our offense was not impressive.

Lost to Georgia Tech TWICE, last season was making the DUMBEST decision to not take a knee, and this year, made Cam Ward do it all himself at the end and he fumbled the ball. The Syracuse game they chocked a big lead. Mario Cristobal is NOT that good of a coach. He’s been getting away bc of the talent on the OFFENSIVE side of the ball

He still has a lot of eligibility left and he has good size to develop behind a coach willing to develop him. Miami's coaches are more concerned with now. Emory had very little time with the first team either year. Not saying I want him to start but he was not developed properly.

Emory beat Clemson as a true freshman in 2023, lost to FSU 2023 in Tally 27-20, ( FSU was a top team in 2023) and in both games he was basically hand cuffed by very conservative play calls in the first 3 quarters of both games, and when they let him throw, he was accurate 😊
