Is Marvel Avengers The Best Arcade Coin Pusher?

Hello folks welcome to the program. Ya'll know we do it a little different around here! Today's video comes in two parts. The first 22 minutes are mostly real-time play and the second half of the video is more time lapse. Just to give a taste of each since this is our first video with the cards on Avengers. I put some time stamps in for those who prefer one kind to the other. Marvel Avengers is a great and action-packed coin pusher. But is it the best going right now? Let us know your favorite! Detailed answer: Avengers is one of if not THE best pusher for many reasons. First, the theme is good. This isn’t a huge deal but it is a nice touch. It is recognizable and not generic, like ticket circus. Second, this dispenses more coins than any other coin pusher. This is more satisfying, and also helps push cards. Third, there are more cards than most other pushers. When you get through the carousel and dispense more tokens, you push a card (or stone) out faster. I believe in a 1350 plays run I averaged about 1 card every 30 or 31 plays, which is really good. Fourth, there is a LOT going on. The coins, cards, stones, wheel, and mega wheel are all things to look forward to. Most pushers just have coins and cards, and some just have coins. Fifth, the carousel is awesome, as it incorporates skill, and it is very consistent and smooth. Sixth, the art is amazing! Not related to gameplay, but it is a nice touch. The only “complaint” I have heard from others is that the game plays itself, but that is a personal preference, and it is actually something I like (so point number 7 for me) My only gripe is that the game didn’t allow me to play while the wheel was going, but that’s minor. It extends the gameplay, so you get better time value for the dollar (or other currency). Overall, this is objectively one of the best pushers. Personally, it is in my top two (I go back and forth between this and DC, but I think this is better). Easily an A tier pusher

@@immortalarcade you gotta do a thesis though! Maybe an in depth analysis on SpongeBob and Avengers: how it is similar and almost a replacement, but a few points as to why SpongeBob is still good

Great video! I'm glad you got the whole set. I've seen a few times people have had to come back for the rare card and have 3-4 sets of all the other cards but Thanos. Great team work you two! Love your commentary as well.

I enjoy these spinning wheel/ramp coin pushers (like spongebob etc). Do you think the guide bars have any effect on the balls pushing over? You would think the idea is to make it more difficult but it seems to me that it makes it somewhat easier since their concentrated and push themselves a bit.

Guide bars definitely are meant to channel the balls to the center. It also incidentally helps keep most of the cards center. Cards on the corners of coin pushers can sometimes get stuck for a very long time. DC Coin Pusher is notorious for it. It definitely helps and with this game there's a lot more rewards happening than most other pushers. I think for cost effecting generally this means it will be harder to get the rare card(s) in the set. One of our favorites!

Hey guys. Good morning! Today's my day off. I was going to go do some Christmas shopping but my youngest woke up throwing up every hour from 12 midnight to 5:30 am. We thought it was done because 2.5 hours passed and he didn't throw up. But then all of the sudden, he threw up again. Hopefully that is all! My poor little buddy😢

Hey Marcus! Thanks for the comment. We visit all over! This was at Clubhouse Fun Center in Rochester, NY. Many Round 1 locations got Avengers in a couple weeks ago as well if any R1 is near you. 👍

There's a few places i know near me that have these. One is Scene 75 in Brunswick, Ohio. That one doesn't have the cards. Another is Tilt Studios in St Clairsville, Ohio, and that one does have the cards.
