I think the biggest tell that this game is better than OW is because you have to actually force yourself to main something because the characters all look sick and are incredibly fun. In overwatch there's like 1 character you feel comfortable playing and once you're countered you have to pick one you most likely hate.

In short it's sink or swim time for OW. MS either writes them a blank check to match the pace and quality of Rivals content output and skin quality or they kinda just suck it up that rivals will be taking a chunk of their players. Side Note: with Squirrel girl alone, Blender and SFM artists are gonna blast animation tech forward 30 years in the span of a month.

What I'd like to see is that you'd be able to choose which suit ( skin ) your character wears , for example venom's original form, or anti-venom. Even though venom and anti-venom are opposites b/c one is a good and the other is bad, but I think that would be cool!

If you've watched gameplay, or kept up to date then you're fully aware you can change skins in game and also get Venoms Anti-venom skin. Also Venom isn't "good" in the same context as Spider man is "Good" that's why the term "Anti-hero" is a better fit. A hero who kills.

Well all OW had was polish and characters. Well MR has that and more. Better designed maps, better designed characters, Devs who actually listen and provide for the community, extra quality skins for the money, and a maga hype launch month that OW2 couldn't pull off. This is a slaughter to the point where only a PVE and Character overhauls could save them.

I believe that her ult is great for team play as with her grapple she can sneak and flank with her ult to set up her teammates ults. She can stop an enemy team in their tracks, then someone like Magneto or Scarlet Witch dive in with their Ults and all they can do is watch 😂😂

Squirrel Girl is one of those characters Marvel uses to make fun of itself, like Deadpool, but everywhere Deadpool is dark, edgy, and horrible, Squirrel Girl is all sweetness and nice. The joke is that despite having a weak-sounding power (she can talk to squirrels), she has defeated some of the most powerful villains in the Marvel universe. Overwatch killed itself with Overwatch 2. It’s a worse game and the only addition is a cash shop and battle pass. They actually took more away from it than they added to it. Marvel Rivals in its BETA was better than the past 4-5 years of Overwatch. We’ve gotten more new content, heroes, maps/map mechanics, ranked rewards in Rivals Beta than we have in Overwatch’s history. Overwatch and its community are finished after Friday. RIP Overwatch 2016-2024. Moment of silence for all the Blizzard shills content creators still trying to peddle this dead franchise.

It's actually grown since OW2 launch and after they reassessed and focused on the core game. People are just salty of the rug pull of PVE and features but despite that soreness, it's still going. 6v6 beta tests for OW is also coming which will get a bit of attention
