I liked the point of talking with people about job roles in BA, can you advise how do you approach relevant people for same on Linkedin for the first time?
@manishshettyable4 жыл бұрын
I work as a BA. I’ll give an honest opinion on the skills you need. 1. Detail oriented 2. Time management 3. Quick action on things ( deligent) If you have these three personality traits you can be a good BA. A typical day for me is to schedule meetings understand the requirements and document the same. To get a full time BA role I believe one needs to be well versed in the SDLC and systems knowledge.

Singh Kawar We use a mix of agile and waterfall technique at my company. Not all projects are the same project management technique. I work on multiple projects at the same time so each one is different. We don’t use Kanban.

Engineering management is a good degree program to get into if you're someone who likes engineering or has a previous engineering background when you were doing your bachelors in whatever engineering course you were taking but the engineering manager is a bridge between the engineering department and the administration.
@Faizan_Ali12093 жыл бұрын
If somebody doesn't have prior work experience should he compensate it by taking some technical courses like data sciences parallely
@pmppros3 жыл бұрын
@@Faizan_Ali1209, it just depends, it is not an equal playing field. I have 3 degrees and 3 certs and I keep getting offered laborer jobs. So I just started my own LLC. But keep going, there will be a lot of discrimination you will have to fight through but you can do it.
