Started a position today because I just don’t know if it will get to 230. Averaging down though every $5 drop. Would be great to see it drop under $230. I would buy whole heartedly.

Good video. I think I valued it a while back and got a little less than $200, so not that much different than you, and my inputs might have been more pessimistic since you said in the video "and this is assuming very optimistic case..."

😀I think I'm gonna have to start my own yt channel that only covers cvs stock. With live broacasts 24-7 😆 just kidding my friend, I know you are new, but PI has covered cvs ad nauseum lol. Bc for whatever reason its the most requested stock in the universe, and now my biggest regret in life is Not shorting cvs bigly. I've been practically yelling at the internet for the last year or so to avoid this stock like the plague. I have very close contacts at cvs that merely confirm the entire legacy pharm brick n mortar industry is univestible. The nimble players are eating them alive while they take it in the front and back end. Walgreens is actually the more interesting potential investment bc they have an urban footprint amazon covets for all kinds of reasons. But at what price god only knows. But welcome to you my friend! @@Viv8ldi i put cvs and the whole brick and mortar pharm business in the same box. A trade but not an investment. In other words they are all slowly grinding to less and less relevance, but are valued at a low enough level where any catalyst (whether real or not) can light a fire under the share price for a moment and traders can take advantage of this game, but this takes lots of luck. Meantime the much larger forces and reality of reduced irrelevance will wear longer term investors out over time.

Sir, if I may ask: is it better to buy the mcdonalds share on the us stock exchange or is it also okay to buy it on a german one? I bought my first share (starbuxcks) 3 weeks ago on a german stock exchange and I was told that its better to buy us shares in a us stock exchange?

It's the same company, the only difference is the currency, one ticker isn't better or worse than the other

Anecdotally its hard to buy into a company I would never eat at.

It might've just bottomed! Because just this morning i sold my 16 year old postion i established at the depth of the gfc! Held it longer than my better conscience told me, bc im very aggressive with the dividends. Nonetheless it turned out to be one of the best investments i ever made, and maybe things will get better, but the menu these days is just an astonishingly awful value! And the drive thrus look emptier and emptier every single year. As an investor and coffee drinker i always go to several around me to monitor things, and staff always confirms same. It's just an awful deal, less and less meals being bought every day. And yknow how ever since about 2005 they never ever fill the box of fries, it's always like half full when you shake it, well at $2 for a med fry that was always a fairly minor problem that you could rationalize away at $2 a fry....but now that same box cost almost 5 bux! And the server couldn't care less! And of course the one thing that really drove traffic to the golden arches in the last couple of decades was their dollar menu. Well now that's ancient history. And whatever happened to that war on red meat and saturated fats?? That apparently ended 10 yrs ago and now there's just so much more fast casual competition. Great burger joints that also sell yummy chicken sandwiches everywhere charging about same as mickey ds. And don't forget the collosal impact mobile ordering has. Completely leveled the playing field. The fast casual competition is equalling if not crushing mickey ds with convenience as well. So now where are they?? The $5 meal for a month?? At random locations?? The King said, ok, we'll see and raise you at every single location all summer long. One more thing I was very interested in was what they are apparently testing in their kitchen labs. They've been trying to figure out how to restore their hamburgers to what they once were so so long ago. Think white castle. But they are so lost, effectively handcuffed by franchises. Will be interesting to follow this one from the sidelines. Edit: oh yeah a couple more points. Reduced traffic at a fast food joint is a death spiral. This type of food more than any other benfits from rhythm and turnover. I know this as a former consumer of it and more importantly as a former assistant manager at Wendys 👸.

thank you for the video, for me personally MacDonald is not a buy, there are better stocks that offer a better initial dividend, I recently bought Chipotle, (unfortunately CMG does not pay a dividend :-( )
