Is Milliken Hill Road One Of The Deadliest Roads in Nigeria || Enugu Nigeria

Millken hill road is the oldest road in the city of Enugu, constructed in 1909, the road is the to have the second accident rate after the onyeama axis of Enugu - Onitsha Express Road due to it's windy nature.

This ain't Scary Anymore. I travelled on this road in 1982, Believe me a young lad like me I was Speachless and Scared. Now it looks well developed. I took the road to 9th Mile, enroute to "AWHUM" monastery. What an Adventure. I love it, love it, love ❤ it. I hope 🙏 to see 👀 Miliken Hill " Again. I now Dwell in the UK. Sad.

@@outravelandtour mine too. Quiet and Serene trip. With the winding roads. It will eventually lead you to " C ,C ONOH, house 🏠, on the left. Beautiful I will say. The road takes you to 9th Mile. Then you take a left to BENUE State. Otukpo. I an going Nostalgic. My youthful days. I tasted one of the best " Snacks OKPA ". Hated it at first. Then can't get Enough of it. Those days from ENUGU to UMUAHIA, by train 🚆, was only #3,00.yes 3,naira. The cheapest form of travel was by Rail.

When I passed this milliken hill to an aunty's house, I had a serious nightmare that night cause I was just terrified lol and I haven't gone there since then

We had this English teacher back then in secondary school that usually tells every new set of SS 1 students intriguing and suspensive story about the encounter of some primary school Children on Milliken Hill, while going back home from school. It happened that a vehicle failed brake at a very sloppy part of the hill. Facing forward were the School Children going home from school and by the two sides were very deep and terrifying gullies. He normally ended the story there, leaving the students to puzzle in suspense what could be the next option for the driver, whether to drive towards the gully, hit the school Children or any other option which is unknown to anyone.

Hmmmm! Why the story though? Someone once said that the first time he visited Enugu his father who by the way haven't passed through milliken Hill warned her never to go through that road... But it's actually fun driving through the road.
