Is Mina Irfan Really Out Here Scamming In These Streets?

So Mina Irfan has recently come under fire and I am here to share my thoughts. When this news hit my DMs a couple weeks ago I didn't want to touch it because I am not too familiar with Mina Irfan aka The Universe Guru's work.
I am sharing my thoughts based on what is being said by former students of Mina and what was said in the now deleted subreddit where she was basically accused of being a scammer, fraud and liar.

You would have to be stupid to pay $30,000 for a course. To get rich man, you have to be young and LOOK GOOD. It’s EASY. If you do not look young or good, spend that 30k on plastic surgery. Ozempic, BBL, breast implants, nose job, lip flip ect. Trust me. It’s that easy. You do not need a course.

I would not call Mina a “scammer” per se but I will say her work never resonated me because she always gave me sales woman rather than “kept” woman. Everything seemed promotional with her, just as you said. Her upgraded lifestyle is not the result of her husband, rather it’s her following. Her FOLLOWING made her wealthy. Prior to being UniverseGuru her and her husband lived in a more modest home and she regarded herself as frugal, that was until she created this side business for herself.

She was a housewife and once her kids were a bit older started her KZbin channel. I remember in one of her older videos with her husband they said he pays the house, utilities, etc. Her money she would use to invest.

You should never pay more than a few bucks to support someone like this online. You’ll notice the only people who can afford to be low-cost influencers are people like Maria and Shera, because they’re not scammers. They actually are living the lifestyle they preach and they don’t pretend that they’re something they’re not You should only pay what you can afford to lose, just like Vegas. If you’re scraping together pennies to pay thousands of dollars for a course that you think will fix you, that’s a sign to put your wallet away and just go read books until the money doesn’t bother you. You should have your retirement fully funded before you pay tens of thousands of dollars for an online course.

I disagree. Most counselors, coaches and mentors charge 150-400$ and hour. Her content is hours worth of lessons. That adds up to thousands.

The problem is: she wants us to believe that having 3 children was all her plan so she doesn’t seem powerless. I don’t buy into that.

I stopped watching her videos cuz she gave me scammer vibes. She uses sales tactics and marketing tactics in all her videos. It’s basically manipulation. Its all about selling for her. And by the price of her courses we can see she is money hungry. What makes her more knowledgeable than the next housewife? She married a regular man.

Yes I was an OG subscriber-- I asked her about being open and trusting once you've been abused by a narcissist. She basically trolled me and told me if I was ascended, than I wouldn't have attracted that. I still think she has lots of good advice, but that was off putting for sure

Mina is experiencing the law of rhythm like shera went through with Micheala pink issue. The money grab on Mina’s side was too much selling books, courses, events, patreon. Too much if indeed you genuinely want to help women. May be she should refund money on that particular event back to the lady for her to take the video down. Mina just cannot take criticism like shera does

Thank you, Maria, for your objective overview. It takes courage to find a middle ground rather than embracing extreme opinions. While I've never bought anything from her, my heart goes out to the women who have. I sincerely hope to see at least one celebrity client of hers come forward and share how she positively impacted their life. It's concerning to learn that the reviews on her site were AI-generated and have since been removed.

I dont want the universe guru because yes i find femininity content to be quite poserish and fake. And usually people like that are scammers. I’ve been scammed before, not by her but by someone on KZbin who calls herself a sugar baby. She had a small following like 10k subs at the time.

But if you care to know how i was scammed, she said i have to join the highest tier of her patron. So i did, then we had a “coaching” call during the chat and said to reserve my spot i need to send her $300 on cashapp which i did. After that she kept messaging me to sell me things for this girls trip like a photographer, an airbnb, etc. hindsight is 2020 but in the moment I thought it was fine because 10 other girls were a part of this trip so we all sent. Anyways, she only scammed me because shes a racist black woman, after i sent all the money she completely ghosted me when i asked whats going on with the trip, the itinerary, meeting sports etc. she just completely ignored all my messages, she didnt block me but just ignored me. So i tried getting in touch with the other girls in the trip and yeah thats my story.

Personally I didn't see it as a scam but it's only my own experience. I purchased her basic course many years ago which was about $300 on sale. It was okay but not very much better than her free videos. Hence I decided that her other courses I looked at seemed overpriced. Either way, I wouldn't pay for it. I was surprised about the whole scam debacle.

I love Mina M. She is a great sales woman BUUUTTTTTT! She will continue to use people who want to pay $80k for a course that she says is to help women. Its even less valuable than her free content. BUT! Ive been following her for quite some time, initially she was for the average woman who wants to upgrade. She realized she could charge an arm and a leg for her courses and she started to do that. She said so. I bought one course and I wouldnt waste another dollar on her other courses. I'll support her in other ways. You can see the energy switch. She cannot be compared to Shera bcz Shera is for the average woman ANNNDD! Stayed that way. Mina just like any other sales people, when she was saying she had certain level clients, she didn’t. I dont know if she does now. She spoke it into being so she could charge more and the people that started with her can't afford it anymore. She keeps saying you will get it back, I became broke without mercy😂. I won't even get into the spiritual aspect. She has to turn the comments off bcz people are beginning to see the truth. I do love her but that's the reality. The scam, I guess, is not getting quality for your money. Also, if you follow Shera, you know Mina pretty much regurgitated Shera's videos and books, as well as Bob Proctor, Rev. Ike and Neville Godard among others with her spin on it. She spoke about the complaints in many of her videos in the most narcissistic way putting down the people who complained. Come on guys. She is doing what she must to make that money and she told us.

Careful here though. This was an autobiography that was read. The reason why so many prior clients are angry is due to her promotional lies - her testimonials have been identified as fake (and when that was exposed, she deleted those reviews), she lies about her achievements etc.

I agree with much of what you said. I didn't buy anything from Mina, so I can't speak from that side of the fence. However, I think a major reason people may feel scammed is due to extensive manipulation techniques Mina uses in all of her videos to convince listeners to purchase her courses. She is very persistent and persuasive. She knows how to sell. This plays mind tricks on anyone, who is in a valnurable place in life looking for a change. She plays into that valnurable need and pushes these people to the emotional limit where they may feel like they need her courses, otherwise, their life is never going to get better. I personally agree with you about having a price tag on what a person should be willing to spend on a course. For me - it's $0. Therefore I never bought a single course from a guru/coach, Mina or anyone else. I buy books, if I feel the need for more information. However, I also have compassion for people, who felt they were so stuck in life that they needed that course to push them out and spent money on it they didn't have. Mina, by the way, encourages purchasing courses and going in debt to do so, and she reiterates this notion in many of her videos. This is a dangerous idea to promote. If she has supposedly evolved to a certain state of mind, she should do better than this. Encouraging people to go into thousands dollars of debt to buy her courses is very self-serving and not consistent with her claim of wanting to help women.

Infact nobody would have come to know about that video if M had not streched it so much!! I disagree on the other girls review on mina. To make it clear. She has invested 30k all together on several mina courses and 3 live events. She even opened a youtube channel where she teaches feminity and literally repeats Mina work like a parrot. Nothing orginal...so she wasnt buying minas courses to learn to get a man...she was literally investing to copy Mina...which mina has said she doesnt mind people copying her as she wants the message to be shared. That lady literally said all the 5-8 courses she bought from Mina were all excellent and the other 2 live events were amazibg except the last 1.... she literally even took a picture with mina..... at the event she didnt complain although she literally had Minas manager in front of her and then she makes a whole video on the matter...puts the picture with her and mina and puts scammer on the title. Thats not alarming and unethical????? ... the review was not fact based. She added a whole bunch of personal critiques on Mina....takking about it being wierd mina had a bodyguard...talking about mina veing culty ect ect....nothing which is about the intensive... its just all together so low class. Imagine having such a loyal followe and one class you deliever is suboptimal and now they making this whole video about you woth a pucture of you smiling with them..... its just soooo trashy. Its any business owners worst nightmare. Mina was literally her mentor...she kept buying and investing on her courses and she didnt have the decency to approuch Mina out of respect or a manager and give a constructive criticism. This is not just a random student who bought 1 course and said it was blah.... you have to understand this woman was literally trying to be Mina. She liberally makes a living teaching Mina content which there is nothing wrong with that but its just so low class for you to go to the whole world woth your problem and not the actual person you have a problem with. Imagine you have a student who has literally bought dozens of courses...seen you live...asked for pictures with you (she has several pictures with mina)... now is making a video implying you are a scammer...talking about you having a cult like following and you cant day anything "cse its legal" Thats pathetic. She was obviously hurt abd maybe reacted with anger or maybe that was her husband who did it. He is very protective of her. My point is...i felt that ladies review was distasteful having all that history with mina...so i dont blame mina doing that letter. At the end...it was legal to make that review (but distasteful) so i feel that lady is crying wolf...no one will sue her..she knows mina cant. She just wants clout and made a whole hour long video talking about how she is the victim and mina bullying her and then proceeded to talk more crap about mina and even monitoring who mina is following or not following...that lady is literally obsessed with Mina. Its scary. I will literally bet 1 thousand dollars she is still secretly following mina and hanging on to her every word. At no point did she ever say mina herswlf was rude to her or told her to pay for something and then blocked her ect. Infact nooooo one.. i mean nooooooo one on reddit had any proof on any scam. Just unhappy students. On the flip side. Ive been a follower of mina 4 years. I actually find a lot of value in her work. I have not only tsught my friends the work who are now in very happy relationships and myself have literally upgraded in so many waysm mina has hundreds of videos on dating...money...investing...health ect. She has over probably thousands of free contant online. In 4 years i have only bought 2 courses and her book. I dont feel the need to buy more. I have also met over 15 woman who all have said mina changed their life. I actually unfortunately met a woman who i wouldnt say was a scammer but had fake manipulate energy. Was a feminine coach...kept the "prices" hidden... gave very vague but captiviating information...just enough to hook you... i ended up on a call with her but she started using my emotions to capture me.. then told me her course was 20k (i almost choked) but when i said it wasnt for me...she used the history i told her against me. She was trying to use my vulnerability to buy the course. It wss soooooo nasty in approach. I felt sick to my stomach. In 4 years following Mina. Mina posts her prices upfront. Gives tons and tons of free information (not vague)... she never manipulates anyone. Basically talks on a topic and says ...if you want to know more...im doing this course...ect. its a very take it or leave information.
