Face tracking fingers, arm s, and hand movements is ALL of what’s needed in vtubing. Ty for the review!

I was specifically talking about that in terms of Mocopi, since in their advertising is showing it as a "complete" solution where you see face, fingers, etc. moving. (And they have a tiny disclosure they used CG Software to move those in post). For normal vtubing all you really need day to day is a camera and something to move your hands if you want.

The fidelity problem seems a calculation problem on part of the app, maybe other apps will get compatible with time. Who knows, maybe even using the points on other places.

I'm running Mocopi in lower body focus mode having my high FOV camera (Kinect V2) take care of arms/hands/fingers then using my DIY iphone headmount for face. My ipad pro 2021 is using bluetooth 5.3 and running on the M1 chip, so the latency is so low I'm mocapping Maimai songs levels 10-12+ on 6-7 speed with low differentiation.

I was like "hey, $450... not bad" then I realised I'm Australian and it's like $662... may as well put that towards the vive trackers+base stations 😭

How would you say the mocopi slimevr tracking for vr chat is? or should i just bite the bullet and place a slime vr trackers order and wait "X" amount of time for them

Honestly there isn't really a good single option to recommend for everyone. I really wish there was.
