The person who led the national enquiry also led a specific local enquiry into grooming gangs in Oldham, so she would have been more than equipped to know the significance of grooming gangs in the context of CSA more generally. The most recent research shows that the majority of abuse is perpetrated by white British men, both in absolute terms and proportional to society. Why did the Archbishop of Canterbury have to resign so recently because of the massive cover up by the Church of England. Or don’t those victims matter?
