3:04 can we make dua against a person that hurt us?

yes, it is allowed to make a Dua’ against something. But I will urge you to consider forgiving them if all possible. Unless you were talking about as a really evil person and did horrific things to you or your family, I forgive them for the sake of Allah. Because it’s very possible that on the judgment… you, my friend yourself with one that deed you wish you hadn’t committed and you do not know how to answer to Allah, but then Allah, reminds you of this day, how you forgave someone who hurt you, and then Allah (S.W.T.)-Al Gafoor Ar Raheem-forgives you…not just for this one deed you were worried about, but hundreds or thousands of others, until your scales are only full of good deeds, and you are told, go ahead and enter Jannah. There is no deeds you have to answer for on this day. Look at this Ayat of the Quran And let not those among you who are blessed with graces and wealth swear not to give (any sort of help) to their kinsmen, Al-Masakin (the poor), and those who left their homes for Allah’s Cause. Let them pardon and forgive. Do you not love that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Sura An-Nur (24:22)

If Zakaria ‘alaihisalam was praying for a righteous child for many years, why didn’t he marry somebody else who could bear him a child, especially when he was younger? Also, why was he praying to Allah for a child knowing that his wife was not capable of bearing a child? I'm curious because I wonder if there's any wisdom behind this.

Maybe he didn't want to marry another wife and Allah can change any condition/disease.

I believe the main reason is that Allah swt wants us to teach a lesson. Everything is a lesson for mankind including the genocide in Palestine.
