With respect to this, keep reciting out suratul fathia, falaq and Nas. Then chant out loudly, Allahu Akbar and the kalima. It is ebliss that is tormenting you with those whispering. Never allow fear to grip you as you might fall into depression. Think of Allah as Gafur Raheem. Don't pay much attention to the whispering as the more you think of it the more overwhelming it will be. I went through such phase and even worse. I allowed fear of sinning to grip me that I almost committed suicide. I was able to break out of it by Allah's Grace after I told myself I will worship and glorify Allah even if I went to hell.
