Their CEO of Bighit Hitman Bang became chairman and producer for them. Did they go to the media? No, they wrote the most beautiful heartbreaking songs. They worked hard on their dancing skills and vocals. They promoted themselves on Tictok. Bang PD got his love of producing music back and put out some bangers. They always gave credit to the lowest staffer and of course Bang PD. Alot of us didn't even know about it till years later .They are truly artists and I'm so proud of them. Every time they get to work with new people you can see they are excited to take on the challenge.

They only earned 5% of Hybe’s profits which Hybe can easily absorb with the profits that Jin and Hobi make this year plus BTS in 10 months. In order to make demands you must have power. Big Hit BTS and TXT and Lee Hyun made 74% they have power and Pledis 21%. Now with their Hybe girl groups taking off, Hybe does not need New Jeans. Yes, as they can generate profit it would be in their interest to keep them, but if they are unwilling to work with Hybe without MHJ as CEO of Adore then New Jeans choice is to pay up and leave with her. They cannot make a credible case for cancellation without payment, so it’s the only option for them. They must be very naïve to not know this, and to believe a company would re employ MHJ to CEO after all she has done to try and discredit them and their other artists, let alone Demand it! It is expected that they will take Hybe to court to dissolve their contract without payment hence the deadline. It will not scare Hybe and when that fails, unless they find investors to pay out the fine, they are stuck by contract with a company that they took to court! I am not sure how that will go down but I can imagine.

Its business. Their attachment to her is odd. They were able to keep making music with her as their creative director but they’ve refused. That’s not mistreatment. Why would hybe keep someone under investigation for 16 things (including covering and ignoring SA allegations during her time as CEO) in power? It sets a bad precedent. I'm not even a fan of both Newjeans and Le Sserafim but what Newjeans did in that live vs what LSF did on VMAs shows me what I need to know about these girls. One is used to victimising themselves and manipulating public opinion while failing to see their own wrongs and MHJ's evils. The other fights through criticisms and shows their strength by performing. Both had the privileges of debuting with the platform, resources and networks of BTS. But how they were trained seems very different and this issue is showcasing the character they actually have. I can't help but root for the girls MHJ bullied unfairly since debut. With all the perks and privileges, their success they wouldn't have had without HYBE, Newjeans continues to support people who orchestrated harming HYBE, its labels and groups including GFriend, Le Sserafim, Illit and BTS, who they used so much for exposure. This woman in both SM and HYBE have harmed employees, even covered up sexual harassment and then demoted, verbally abused and defamed the victim. It is insane to me how Newjeans is willing to risk their career for a pathological liar and manipulator, a criminal and abuser. And they not only support her, they do it so proudly while looking down on other people's sufferings and pushing the blame to HYBE or whatever group or employee. It just shows lack of sense and good character from their part. If New Jeans wants so much to be away from HYBE, then why don't they just leave? It will come with a tall fee, but they will be out of HYBE and be with MHJ for good. Though it was a brave and bold move to air their gripes on the current situation, they don't see what their actions can potentially do to them. I appreciate their openly speaking of their feelings on the matter, however, they don't run the company and I believe it's inappropriate to make threatening ultimatums and counter productive. Manipulation is not how to accomplish something and it exposes the fact they're not properly guided to begin with. The legal matters aren't something you can Manipulate just because you dislike the way it's structured. I truly feel sorry for NJ. I used to love their group before MHJ ruined everything because of greed. The sad part is that NJ worshiped MHJ like their own god, and obviously, would do anything just to be with her. And that fact plus everything they said during their live marked the start of their downfall. I hope they will soon realize that they dug their own grave and no one else ruined their career but them. I don't mean to defend anyone but looking at this from an umbiased look, HYBE is messed up. But for real tge reason NJ net pick every single incident happening at HYBE is because when they started HYBE gave them everything and focused on them but now HYBE isn't focusing on them anymore since from the beginning they've been against HYBE and always refused HYBE's arrangements. But the manager also telling his team to ignore them is rude and bad but legit I kind of see the staffs ignoring them from now on though. And what the new CEO says about not being able to do anything without evidence is true, firstly they rejected the CEO so telling the CEO this incident and asking for it to be resolved like talking directly to the CEO, instead of going through the hierarchy and also that after rejecting her and requesting for her to be replaced, the new CEO will feel disrespected and feel like you're clowning her and also she can't go about warning or punishing the other staffs without evidence or do we think they should hold a press conference to denounce the staff.
