I never understood why they decided to remaster this game since the original still look amazing. They should've remastered some older NFS game like the Underground series or maybe original Most Wanted or Carbon. Those games are way older and they would've benefited way more from being remastered

My guess is that the mess of aftermarket brand licensing that was the Underground games is not fun to deal with from a legal perspective. Also the original HP2010 never had DLC available for the PC version, since this was when EA had a truly galaxy brain approach to their PC releases. Although it did cost us the SLRs...

В оригинале приятная картинка была, которая красивее большинства современных игр, а в ремастере яркое мыло и низкополигональные деревья. Среди других минусов - то что они вырезали некоторые машины и (не такой важный, но всё же минус) то, что они не сделали озвучку в неанглийских версиях, как в оригинале. В русской версии хотя бы русская озвучка раньше была, которой так не хватает "ремастеру". Единственный плюс ремастера - кастомные ливреи и возможность поиграть на новых консолях. И всё. На ПК смысла брать ремастер (да ещё и платно) нет.

@@rossanderson4156 Unlucky man. I bought a backwards compatible PS3 that can play PS2 discs so I'm fine lol. I played it for a full year after my A levels. I'm sure you can get them to work on PC, you may have to search more.
