The questions raised are mostly legitimate except most of us as Nichiren practitioners have been wrestling with this in the late 20th century.

Yes, these are all questions many of us have grappled with for years. Unfortunately to date none of the major Nichiren sects have managed to address the core systemic problems. All the sects are loosing members at an alarming rate.
