It’s also non-theistic which is great. It’s for our inward self not some male deity. I know there’s differences traditions that do see Buddha as a god but he was only a teacher.

@@Fourwindsofsuccess I interpret God as your inner strength any being you are so that's how I interpreted both perceptions of the Buddha I believe there's only one in a given time span because it's the only way to get the story straight after the time span of travel and understanding between each type of Faith study and practice achieve new levels of enlightenment. Thank you for your contributions 🤗🙏🤩 I love that we always learn in any encounter even ones with beings that are not human just as we teach when we are our land and carbon molecules because that's all the time and the perception of God was/is one of being of every element past present and future. That's why we try to help people listen to the lotus sutras more because it's true when you read and hear the testimonies of others your experiences gauge that circumstance uniquely and therefore you come up with unique innovations or at least have the opportunity.

I used to practice with SGI in the 90's. Interesting that the new prayers make no mention of Nichiren and the Gohonzon. Or His lineage and the DaiGohonzon.
