Not really, Kyrgios did a lot of bad things, such as throwing his racquet out of the court, hitting the ball into the audiences, and claiming that he goes to bed with female fans every week, after breaking up with his girlfirend. He dealt way more damage to others than Moutet did.

he's not a clown, he's a very competitive man, sometimes he's also right, with a penchant for being a showman. To be a clown you shouldn't know what you are doing and Kyrgios knows almost a 100% what he does and what the effect it has. I think umpires are way more clowns than Kyrgios. Moutet and the other little guy (can't remember the name) Those ARE def clowns, unhinged AF.

He beat Federer in 2015. yeh so what his H2H against Federer was 1-6 in favor of Federer. 3-6 H2H in favor of Nadal and 2-1 H2H in favor of Kyrgios against Djokovic ( not much to judge by there!).
