Is NNPCL Importing Petrol After Dangote Petrol? + More

I am confused about the NNPCL, NUPRC and Dangote refinery petroleum products, why are we on a stand still? is it better to import PMS into our local market while Dangote export his product? Remember the Global market is free and open. Please give the refinery wavers and remove bottle necks, so Nigerian can decide to use or to buy pms from aboard. As far as i am concerned NNPCL is a failure and a blockade to the interest of the common man.

Nigeria itself as a country is challenged,they should just change the name of the country from nigeria to challenge. The rest of the world does everything for convenience but in Nigeria everything is a challenge,inconvenience and bottlenecks on everything..lf its challenging it is not Nigeria.
