@@brandonhernandez9260 food in huatulco is nothing special to be honest with you, especially now ridiculous expensive, and unfortunately they don't have any better prices for people who lives here, so they only relay on tourists and that's sad i have to say that.. Personally, it really does blow away many beach communities in MX...9 bays, 36 beaches... ONLY 55K population which is awesome... No crime (what locals have told me)...not a place for those young, wild-aged spring breakers... let them stay in the Cancun/Tulum area.... a nice expat community, mostly Canadians, just a few Americans...

I spent a week there back in the middle of August 1998 on that same beach with that same restaurant! I'm glad that the government didn't let that particular beach get over developed! It looks axactly the same as it did whwn I visited it in 1998. Just a little drier due to the season. Lots of fish, healthy reefs; corals. Great seafood a little less expensive than the big tourist areas and definitely more laid back. This is my favorite beach destination in Mexico!

The real Mexico since it´s the poorest among all 32 Mexican states, the poorer the more Mexican it is according to foreigners.
@luisorozco43703 жыл бұрын
@@sergioglzrls7994 Exactly, looks like a lot of them can't believe Mexico and the rest of Latin America should or are capable of living a 21st century life. Places like Polanco, Paseo de la Reforma, Condesa, the FIL in Guadalajara (2nd largest bookfair in the world just behind Frankfurt's) or the city of Monterrey in Mexico, Santiago de Chile or Uruguay would deeply disappoint those people.

This is a very nice video.The hidden gems you found in Huatulco are fabulous. This video brought together all of your skills as a seasoned travelling, compatible, mello couple. Your videos taught me to look for bays and coves wherein the open ocean is not battering the coast making it dangerous and unswimmable. As I mentioned in an earlier comment, your drone footage makes all the difference in the world in these videos. It's not just footage... The drone footage you include in your videos succinctly tells the story and shows the area. Other people who use drone tend to over do it. Your videos are the cream of the crop. Travel on!

This is my third time watching this vlog. You capture this town so nicely. I discovered Huatulco in 2007 when I was researching areas in the south for destination weddings but at that time the area was relatively new for tourism and there were conflicting reports that it wasn’t all that safe. Guys there is still a bunch of places you definitely have to visit around. San José del pacífico is worth the visit but there are also other spots not that far. Ask for the fincas de café which are like coffe planctations at the hilly zone which are just the mountains that you can see from Huatulco's beaches on the horizon is a natural view point where you can actually see all the places like puerto escondido zipolite and huatulco from there. Also ahead Puerto Escondido there are the afro descendant communities on the costal area as well go to Chacahua is another different vibe.
@El_.57943 жыл бұрын
I think the Riviera side is more popular because it’s catered mostly for international tourists and thus you see more attractions, cenotes and the blue water beaches. The Oaxaca area is more of local vibes and yes as you can see, it’s laid back and thus it’s cheaper ‘cause prices are not jacked up. That’s why you can see more locals than other tourists going there. I like the atmosphere, it’s quiet and for you guys who are staying longer, it’s perfect. I wonder at this time in your Mexico travel, which one is your favorite that you enjoyed most? Will you come back and stay longer based on beach area, water activities, accommodation, food and restaurant accessibility?

So nice to not be inundated with fellow American and other foreign tourists and over development as most of Mexican resorts have.The Caribbean side has so much seaweed for months on end now as well as being expensive.I prefer the Pacific Coast except for Puerta Vallarta,which I used to love,but has now become over developed.I look forward to spending more time there.Ixtapa and Zihuateneo are great too.
