One question please. How can someone be born a squib (like a filtch) while a muggle born can learn and practice magic ( like hermione)

always love a question, so it’s very rare but its the same idea as muggle borns just the exact opposite. at least one parent has to be magical for the child to be considered a squib but it can even happen to purebloods, the child just happens to not have enough magic in them to qualify for schooling but they can still pass on the gene.
