Is One Of These Bugged? Matrix Recomputation or Divine Punishment | The First Descendant

With the changes to Ajax in Season 1 a lot of people are testing out new builds and he's starting to see some limelight, but is there a bug in one of his modules or does Divine Punishment have an issue? Is it just a mistranslation?
