Just wanted to add - If you want to hear a song that is actually about Chi, check out "At Night We Live" by the band Far. They were predecssors, contemporaries, and friends of the Deftones. The frontman, Jonah Matranga also contributed backing vocals to Fort Minor's big hit "Where'd You Go?"

Funny story, I saw Palms in 2014 with my gf at the time. Still somewhat new, I hadn’t yet told my parents I was dating someone. Prior to the show she overheard me talking to my dad on the phone in a conversation where I referred to her as my “friend” instead of “girlfriend”. Idiot move, I know. Killed the vibe before the night even got started. Then we get to the show and……. Palms hit the stage…….. 😴 She got even more pissed.

I disagree, Chino is always sensual, but a lil melancholy, I do think 3 and 6 is about his current wife, and to me is romantic not melancholy. I love the podcast, and I think future warrior could be about Chi, IDKT
