While Pekin might not have the most insane in depth meta OTP knowledge of Xerath, what the most insane thing about pekin is to me, is how he can perform on so many champs on this high of a level. Even for wacky shit he can just figure out the champs Strengths and Win conditions and execute on them. Even stuff like briar mid or whatever. So I think it's safe to say he is the best player, that plays Xerath (without being a onetrick)

Also thank you for pointing out that flat health is just better than scaling, I always thought like that on squishy champ. Since you get one shot anyway, you better off get more health early for laning phase. Unless you are a bruiser/tank... But I never heard someone talking about it so sometimes I'm a but hesitant. Thank you!

It might be more mobafire, but this type of build seems to play more to the strengths of the champ doesn't it than playing strictly for ult utility? You both agreed where he's strong is with high AP from his high ratios. Luden's both gives you another AP ratio and more ap. No idea if that also shifts the advantage to gathering storm over scorch at 10 min, or if haste is then better than a conditional 35 AP, but it seems like greater fighting power with less down time at your first real chance to take over the game during the mid game. Would be interesting seeing a part 2 to this putting the build differences to the test, or if you have data that makes you more certain going into it.

45:10 Azir getting hit by a bug, he tried to drop a soldier behind him to dash to, but the game bugs out if you press W during specifically a stun trying to buffer the cast, preventing you from casting W until you do a different action (Auto attack, Summoner spell, or other ability). Azir was mashing the fuck outa his W key trying to spawn the soldier behind him, you see him walk back a bit still spamming W, but it finally casts when he presses E expecting to have spawned a soldier by this point.

Depends on how many bruiser / healthy targets there are. A lot of times its a lot more value just going raw ap and killing the ADC and Support then worrying about building for the tanks/ bruisers

@@colonelgreathed1321 yea, tbh that core is enough to kill the squishies, and if youre that worried about the frontline then pick up a mej (as you should have been stacking dark seal 0.o) and get liandries. They will both also help with blowing up squishes. Also, little tip for liandries: if you max range Q a target before you ult, by the time your first ult shot lands you should have the % damage increase from being in combat so your ult does even more damage.

Tbh this one was wayyyy better than the Zwag reaction video. Many things were repeated a bit too often like the rylais build, but I get the emphasis. I really gave it a chance and focused bot heavily even though my Akali opponent started with 2/0 due to invade and I ended up 14/0 due to playing safe in lane and nuking bot and their jungler every ult. Probs to you! But please, pleaseeee don’t say Exspecially 😭😭

You seem to really like the crystal scepter build (I'm going to try it out) but I think other items have more merit than you give them credit. Horizon is only 2700 (100 more than rylai's with +15ap +20ah -hp) not the 3000 you said it was in the vid and shadow flame still has flat pen on it so I'm confused as to why you said it doesn't?
