Holding an Asian squat and doing light stretching and squat formation has helped relieve those extremely painful symptoms from pelvic floor dysfunction in my experience. Dealing with this for a little over a year now and I thought it would never go away but this technique of squatting down and loosening that floor through breathwork has really helped me rebuild those muscles in the healthier way

For me, the massage & stretching did not work. I think, for a lot of people, the core cause of muscle tension in these areas may be stress/anxiety. In other words, physical and psychological factors must be considered (I know you touch on stress/anxiety).

You are all talking about tons of tight muscles but never tell what is the real root cause. CPPS looks mostly psychological at the base probably combined with toxicity and general chronic infection. I have been given plenty of exercises to do by a pelvic specialised physio and it never solve the problem. I have pain in different other places of my body as well.
