Is a pharmacist's license required for getting a job in pharma? Also, please make a video on the necessary documents required for foreign PharmD graduates to get a job in the pharma industry in the US.

A license isn't always needed for pharma jobs, but it depends on the company and state.

Retail sucks for sure. Had I known then what I know now, would have never done pharmacy school.

Pharmacy sucks! I’ve been here 21 years. I now have anxiety, depression, and a drinking habit. I work in retail…. No. It’s not worth it.

@@thehappypharmd as someone who works in Pharma, I think their salary ranges are not the most accurate. Most pharmacist do a post doctorate fellowship, which is about two years, and then start full-time work in their area of interest. For those first two years income are lower than what would be expected for a full-time retail pharmacist. After they get a full-time role, it should be equivalent, however, after about another two years of working, they should get promoted and they should make anywhere between 180-235k. Things only accelerate from there as more promotions equal more money Pharma is a good industry and it pays typically aligned with mid-level tech companies like IBM Dell and Adobe.
