I drove 25 years a motorcycle (BMW and Honda). Two years ago I (76) switchted to Piaggio MP3 500 Sport Advanced. Machine is more my style of riding, relaxed cruising, never highways. Fantastic machine. Heavy (280 kg) behaves like a motorcycle but very stable. I still use my motorcycle clothing.

After driving cars for more than 35 years, I switched to a 50cc scooter. I had 5 of them, the latest is a Vespa Sprint S. With these 5 scooters I drove more than 50.000 km. In the mean time I bought a new MOTOR, the MP3 500 HPE Sport Advanced. An unbelievable experience compared to scooters. With this motor I drove about 29.000 km in 10.5 months. Then is was stolen. (no all risk insurance). I bought immediately a new one, the same one. I have this motor now for 1.5 year with 28.000 km. So, after driving so many km, I can assure you that this MP3 is a real motor. While taking gas on my many trips, I spoke with a lot of other motor drivers. No one said that my MP3 was NOT a motor. Thank you for this video, and good work for the warning for car drivers who want to drive this MP3. I advice taking a small number of motorcycle lessons before trying to drive this MP3.

By definition a motorcycle is a bicycle with a motor. This is a scooter but I’ve been riding for 39 years and don’t care about a specific designation so I ride everything and want to get one of these too. Ride what you like and enjoy

@@7sevencustoms Jaz sem, nisem pa tega… Kje lahko dobim enega za test? Prosil bi za nasvet. Metropolis je super, ampak je prvi tri kolesnik, katereg sem preizkusil, tako da nimam s čim primerjati.
