Great video, love to see there are still some who make food safe 3d printing content, its one of 3d printings mysteries, still not fully solved Problem I have with epoxy coating is, it can also be toxic, not a very safe, also not very suitable for more than a couple parts, even then it might not be applied well on one of the parts and wont be food safe. Also resin can wear out or scratched easily... Surface smoothing might be one solution but it isnt really achieved food safety, acetone smoothing for ABS isnt food safe, there are very few smoothing solvents and plastic duo that can be food safe.
