Is Poland the BEST KINGDOM in CK3?

Can I take the lowly Chief of Krakow and claim the entire Kingdom of Poland. Destroying the powerful Piast dynasty and building my realm to hold the entire de jure kingdom.

I was expecting that you'd start as the "Piast"s or "Slezan"s, both are quite strong in a sense. Though I understand that Krakow is the de-jure capital of the kingdom...
